Great price for this new Hotel. Close to the WWII ship museum. 30 minutes walk to the main Station.

The breakfast had a larger selection last year and was the reason why we chose to stay at the hotel this time. Unfortunately the selection is smaller now and not at all worth the high cost we had to pay This plus high cost for parking makes it not worth a stay for our family

Bra rum, fin utsikt, fräscht! Personalen som hjälpte till med incheckning kunde varit mer serviceminded och informativ om vad som gällde på hotellet, gällande tider i restauranger etc.

Kæmpe ros til Sebastian som var meget flink ,hjælpsom rar person og kæmpe ros til bartender ed briller som var den 23 og 25 december om aftenen. Begge mænd meget flinke og i må være stolte af dem.

Clean room, friendly staff, good accommodations.

The name says Waterfront, and that means like it is a bit off from the centre of Gdynia The area around the hotel looks like a waste dump/construction area. So this is future planning. But the hotel is modern. Check in was smooth. Room was clean with a partial view over the sea and in over town. Nice bathroom, even though they have a frosted glass door. Breakfast was nice, but no bacon to go with the freshly made scrambled eggs. Otherwise nice selection of foods and drinks. Check out. Seems like taxis and ubers has a small problem of what is the official way into the hotel. Over the parking lot, or the road from center of town, which most rides used, but not all. Overall a very nice stay. Cleaning was a bit lite one day (not done after 12.00 o'clock)

Incredibly slow check-in. Frustratingly slow. Then they kept calling me during the day when I was having a business meeting that I should have left already. by 12. I tried to say I paid for 2 nights but the angry lady just shouted me and told they will throw my belongings out from the room because they are fully booked. When they realized I actually did book 2 nights, they offered me a free breakfast box next morning because I was checking out early. The box came with some fruits, yogurt, dry bread with nothing on it and no coffee at all. They even asked If I want to have coffee or tea. Asked for coffee, did not get it. The room was clean, if I need to find something positive.
