Convenient and affordable place to stay.

The room was not exactly as it looks in the picture, but it was still spacious and tidy. I booked a twin room and didn't expect that each bed was big enough for one person. I thought it was kind of small since it is for two people only. It has Wi-Fi, but the only problem is the TV; you can't watch movies since you have to have a subscription that you need to log in to. But it was okay; it doesn't affect our stay since we only want to sleep with aircon, and it didn't disappoint us. We enjoyed the pool since we booked it during weekdays, there's no other people using the pool. And there are many restaurants outside, and it is very accessible to everywhere. The check-in also was so smooth and didn't wait for a long time for checking in. I will definitely book again.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and the service was great at an affordable price.

Kamar dan toilet bay busuk, tengik, aku langsung check-out. Untung aku book cuma 1 hari. Memang murah sih.

Front desk upgraded our room since they don't have an available twin room yet. Always courteous staff. We had a fulfilling breakfast in the morning. Will stay again at this hotel next time (stayed at this hotel last yr on my birthday)

The hotel is not contemporary however it has a certain character that we love! We had the pool for ourselves. 110% snoozing in the bedroom. We would like to come back!

Room size is ok but no facility.. Old hotel. The hot water not working properly, no water kettle for tea/coffee inside the room, holes on towels, no complimentary bottle water, the coffee is bad. For the price they should do better.

Pros: Location, food, service. Cons: flush and heater were not working. The hotel is a bit old.

1. Poor internet connection. 2. Hotel is not friendly for PWD/Senior Citizens. 3. Hotel staff at the lounge area in each floor (2nd and 3rd Floor) busy with their phones (gaming or FB) 4. Room needs to be renovated and linens must be upgraded including pillow.

Just another budget hotel. Not what I've expected.

The hotel has no elevator (why do the building inspectors approved operation of this hotel) we were put in the 3rd floor. The pool looks dirty based on what I saw. The water is a litte bit muddy..makes me wonder how often th do they change the water. Only good thing is that the front desk tried to make our stay less stressful.

Bad service, room smelly, no amenities, no hot water. Need lots of building improvement.

The penthouse is the same as way back in 2005, but 2005 was way better than now. The comfort room has stains on it, the bath tub, floors and toilet. The toilet cover has a crack in it and has a different color. The dining counter is dirty. Everything is old and has stains. Even the sofa / sala set looks worn out and has stains. For the price that you pay and knowing that we took the penthouse, it is not worth it. Food is not good also. I feel disappointed knowing that my family has been a regular customer of galleria. I do suggest that they keep up with other new hotels/ inns.

Excellent service and location with swimming pool. There are several restaurants and fastfood near the hotel. If you have plan to tour around the city, this is the best hotel. Just need to renovate some portion and need an elevator for senior citizens.

over all it's worth your money. had a hard time going up and down since we are at the 3rd floor of the hotel. Elevator is badly needed

The location of the hotel is good because it is accessible to all. Food was great. Very nice service at the restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and approachable. However, internet is very slow and most of the time, no connection if you're inside the room.

The service was good but there were a lot small cockroaches inside our room. A new hatched cockroaches. I missed to inform them because of the tiredness.
