Room was small and tired, missing many basic features. Average cleanliness. Had numerous issues with both cold and hot water. Restaurant is expensive. Location is outstanding however.

Aamiaisella oli vain muutamia asioita esillä. Yhdenlaista leipää, muutama ruokalusikallinen munakasta ja jogurttia. Vähän juustoa ja kaksi mehuvalintaa. Huoneessa lakanat olivat likaiset, ja hanat näyttivät siltä, että niihin on siivoja koskenut vuosikymmeniä sitten. Äänieristys oli surkea. Ulkoa kuului autojen äänet ja rakennuksen sisällä kuului voimakasta huminaa, ihan kuin pyykkikone linkoaisi yötäpäivää. Yksi sähköpatteri, jota ei uskaltanu pitää yöllä päällä, jottei kuumu liikaa.

Very welcoming and changed our rooms to suit our requirements. Highly recommended

We've stayed at the hotel a few times over the years and it's always been good. Never been disappointed.

This is our 2nd visjt for a stopover, its in a perfect location in the square with a vibrant feel. Staff very polite and attentive. The room was as described, very clean too and a very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again.

Exceptional at the price. The staff were helpful and kind. The restaurant is very good - don't be put off by the burger-bar style menu cards, the food that comes out of the kitchen is excellent. I went for the Pave au Saumon with a delicious Chablis that tasted of raspberries(!) as opposed to the burnt firework flavour I've had from other Chablis in my time. Oh, yes, and a very decent breakfast as well.

les couloirs du 3e étage étaient bruyant les soirs après 23h et les petits gobelets à café pas du tout adapté à une boisson chaude le soir de type tisane ou thé

This is a nice hotel in the centre of Bethune. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. The bar and restaurant are excellent. Parking is available nearby and is not too expensive for a central location. All in all a nice place to stay

Super bien situé au cœur de Bétune, avec vue sur le Beffroi. Le pommeau de douche de la chambre 32 mérite toutefois d'être remplacé : il gicle dans toutes les directions...

J’ai apprécié de disposer d’une clé à l’ancienne et de savonnettes. L’établissement est pourtant aux goûts du jour. Petit-déjeuner très correct. Belle vue sur la place et ses édifices Art déco
