Eles não devolveram meu Calção. Roubaram 80 euros meu. Sobre o hotel: ótima localização. Elevador pequeno, atendimento ruim, colocaram a gente em um quarto no último andar, que era um sótão com teto rebaixado e o elevador não chegava até esse andar.

For a day there was no water, they said I'll take a few hours and it was nearly the whole day. When i asked if they would provide a partial refund or offer anything for the terrible conditions they said nothing. When I asked for the manager they said "the manager isn't answering their phone." It was a horrible hotel.

I am not gonna lie, my first impression was not positive, however, once i visited the room and saw how clean it is, and after speaking to the friendly staff especially AKRAM who went above and beyond with his great customer service skills. He didn’t hesitste a moment to accomodate me with all requests I needed. Because of AKRAM, I will definitely be back. Thank you team Phenix hotel of making our stay memorable!

An eclectic but clean hotel. Management is working on upgrading the facilities. This was a reasonable priced hotel and fabulously situated transportation wise. Literally right around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe. I knew rooms were going to be very basic but that’s what we needed. The continental breakfast was perfect (paid extra). Overall satisfied with our stay and would use them again if ever in Paris again.

We needed a room with 3 beds, they only have 2 rooms with that option and was on the top floor. Was warmer than we are used to, but the other floors felt great. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great value and pretty quiet area.
