Hotel is in a quiet bay situated on waters edge. Stayed in a Suite room which had a mountain view not a sea view (Sea view rooms are available but are smaller). Clean beach, calm waters, relaxed bars and a few shops. Portinatx is small and can be walked along beach walkway from hotel on 5mins. Local bus from Portinatx go Ibiza town and Santa Eluraia des Rui.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel du restaurant était particulièrement agréable et efficace, et les buffets du petit déjeuner comme du dîner étaient variés et de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement est un vrai point fort, avec un accès direct à la plage, ce qui est très appréciable. Les deux piscines sont propres et agréables, et l’hôtel est globalement bien entretenu. Les lits sont confortables, nous avons très bien dormi. Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés pour rendre l’expérience encore meilleure : l’accueil pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux et les informations sur les services de l’hôtel plus complètes à l’arrivée. Le ménage manquait parfois de rigueur (tasses non nettoyées, sable resté au sol, serviettes séchant difficilement), et le hammam du spa n’était pas fonctionnel durant notre séjour. Malgré ces détails, l’expérience reste très positive et nous recommandons cet établissement.

Séjour exceptionnel à Ibiza – une expérience inoubliable J’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans cet hôtel à Ibiza et je tiens à partager mon immense satisfaction. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un professionnalisme et une gentillesse remarquables. Le personnel est tout simplement irréprochable : toujours souriant, disponible et attentif au moindre détail pour rendre le séjour parfait. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très propres, modernes et parfaitement équipées. La literie est d’un confort exceptionnel, garantissant des nuits reposantes après de belles journées sur l’île. La vue est à couper le souffle et ajoute une touche magique à l’expérience. Les installations de l’hôtel sont de très grande qualité : piscine superbe, espaces communs élégants, ambiance relaxante et luxueuse à la fois. Le restaurant mérite également une mention spéciale pour la qualité de ses plats, variés et délicieux. L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement d’Ibiza tout en restant dans un cadre calme et reposant. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés à toute personne souhaitant vivre une expérience haut de gamme et mémorable. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs séjours que j’ai pu faire. Prettig en behulpzaam personeel, deels liggend direct aan het strandje van portinatx. Prima buffet ontbijt en heerlijke krokante kipstukjes aan de bar bij het zwembad. Ruime kamers en prima bedden.

We arrived for check in after 4pm. Staff were very friendly and offered us a welcome drink, so we followed the lovely gentleman to the outside bar where we were offered a glass of champagne or orange juice which was nice. However, we were then sorted of abandoned. We finished our drinks and just sat for a while before heading back to the reception area to continue checking in - a bit odd! The room was basic but pleasant. There was only one sachet of coffee and no milk or sugar for hot drinks so we bought these ourselves. Our remote control for the TV didn't work but there wasn't much worth watching anyway so it wasn't a problem. We used the pool and had a cocktail each there. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that. The hotel is well located and reasonably priced.

To say the stay was excellent would be an understatement. The room was clean, the water pressure was great, and the staff was phenomenal. I will not say goodbye; rather say, see you soon.

The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure.

The staff were unhelpful and slow | there was an earwig in our “clean” towels, wood lice all over the room and a centipede on the sofa | there is no double glazing or sound proofing so you are woken up at 7am every morning with the cleaners shouting at each other | staff playing blearing music from their phones | there is not enough parking so you have to park elsewhere | there are no ashtrays on balcony’s or anywhere | the only good thing about this hotel is the location by the beach and restaurants

Es war unser zweiter Besuch in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen war aber schon ruhig gelegen. Das Essen ist fantastisch und die Kellner sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hingegen sind die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eher unhöflich, nicht und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel aufgrund der schönen ruhigen Lage und des guten Essens aber weiter empfehlen.

Das Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit großer Dachterrasse war ein Traum. Frühstück auf der Terrasse am Pool besser geht’s nicht.

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Teilen, wir waren in dem Trakt mit Blick auf den Strand und auf das Meer. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen waren im Bad auf dem Klo und auf dem Boden noch haare von den Bewohnern davor was nicht sehr appetitlich war. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden was vorhanden. Wenn man aber irgendwelche Unverträglichkeiten oder man aucj noch vegan ist dann wird es schwierig. Die Hafermilch war nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes aus und bis zum Ende gab es auch keine mehr. Meiner Freundin wurde gesagt sie soll sich ihr Zeug selbst kaufen und sie bekommt dann das Geld wieder außerdem wurde gesagt sie besorgen die nächsten Tage was, es wurde aber nie was besorgt. ( ich hatte im Vorhinein eine e-mail geschrieben und da wurde mir versichert es wären genug alternativen vorhanden) Eine kaputte Luftmatratze lag die ganze zeit kaputt rum und wurde bis zum Schluss nicht weggeräumt. Am Strand die Liegen kosten extra, 27€ am Tag was total überzogen ist. Alles in allem war der Preis meines Erachtens viel zu teuer. Ibiza selbst ist eine tolle Insel, wir werden wieder kommen aber dann in einem anderen Hotel.
