一開始地點已很難找，問過附近餐廳才找到，因為門口太不像酒店的，有點兒似民宿的感覺。 當店長開門之後一看，心知不妙，有被騙了的感覺，冇冷氣冇電梯，雖然之後睇返酒店設備冇講，但絶對冇可能是所收費等級，應該是民宿級數吧！(真不知是否電腦系統出錯了?) 因為到步時間已接近晚上7點，既然訂了，也入內看一看吧！我們帶了2件大行李箱，當行到沒開燈的樓梯時，就有了放棄入住的念頭，我先留下行李箱在樓下，人上二樓看看房的狀況，沒開燈的走廊，找了兩找才找到房間，一進去，真受不了沒冷氣空調的房間，窗雖然已開，但仍感覺悶熱，所以便下樓退房，再找另一間酒店入住。幸運地，經hotel.com找來另一間收費相若但有冷氣空調有電梯，地點方便接近碼頭的酒店入住。

The location was really convenient, located in a quiet alley that is nevertheless close to many restaurants and bars and transport spots

This review is based on my 3 day stay. I know this place does not get thoroughly cleaned because there were dust bunnies covering the whole room! The cleaning lady comes every day but only makes your bed and moves your belongings around … the 3rd floor bathroom began flooding on my last day. 2nd floor bathroom has a broken toilet! Why won’t they just screw the lid back on??? Just absolutely disgusting. First and last experience with a hostel.

Budget friendly stay, and good enough for 3 nights. The hotel has a good location with many restaurants/bars around. About 15min walk from the train station and 30min walk to Piazza San Marco. The owner and staff are nice and speak english. The room was good, big enough, with private toilettes and shower. The doors of the shower could be replaced though. There were toilettes and shower just outside our room, for the other guests. We could hear sometimes the door opening and closing but it was not disturbing.

This property has a good location and that made it easy to get around Venice and felt like a safe area. It was adequate for a few nights stay in Venice where we weren't in our hotel for very long each day. The front desk does have limited hours but overall was sufficient. The rooms need upgrading and the lamps didn't work. Overall I wouldn't recommend this or stay here again but it was sufficient for our stay. We didn't need anything fancy and it was a decent price (still overpriced for what it was) but overall it was fine and I felt safe being there.

Recibes lo que pagas, considerando que es uno de los hoteles más baratos de Venecia. Es aceptable para tener donde dormir y bañarse. Está algo lejos de la estación de trenes así que no es lo más cómodo si traes mucho equipaje. Nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni refrigerador, por lo demás la habitación funciona.

Good for the price

There is not Air conditioner, too much hot in summer, almost unbearable. Very old furniture. Bathroom in poor conditions. Toilet cover was broken. Bathtube door was broken too.

È una struttura semplice, sicuramente vecchia, che è anche il suo fascino, ma ben gestita.

Close to dining, easy to find. Very nice staff.
