We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights at The Ferra. This should be 6 days and 5 nights but due to typhoon Tisoy, we were not able to cross from Caticlan to Cagban. Thankfully, one from the Jetty Port admins offered a room in their house for us to stay in. Furthermore, we received messages from staff of the Ferra offering suggestions as to where we can spend the night. Finally, the typhoon left and we were off to Boracay Island. We went for an early check in, the staff are too accommodating. Rooms and other areas are well-maintained and smelled sanitized. Staff will greet you even after their duty hours and saw you walking at the street. They are all blissful and made our stay very hassle-free. Their meals are good for the price and I didn’t hesitate to grab many of my meals there. Overall, I will definitely come back here and suggest this hotel to others. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay very memorable. I will see you all soon.

Friendly and cozy hotel! Highly recommended. Cons: No extra mattress for extra person. Travel with siblings.

有史以来最好的住宿！床很美味、很舒适，客户服务最好，食物最好，尤其是华夫饼，屋顶酒吧的饮料和食物也是最好的。强烈推荐！

在这家酒店度过了愉快的时光。每次遇到员工，我们都热情友好地迎接。早餐很棒。房间舒适干净。酒店离海滩不太近，但步行到岛的两边也不算太远。

Suite room is clean and bigger than expected, with 2 double beds complete with 2 television sets, ref and microwave which is ideal for small family. The toilet and bathroom are clean as well. Hotel staffs are friendly especially Ms. Tiffany, the marketing officer, and Ms. Abby was apologetic when I complained that my preferred room w/ loft which I booked was not the one given to me. Overall experience was great! The only setback was the location which is about 10 minutes walk from white beach.
