I had a great stay at this hotel! The room offered a beautiful city view, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were both incredibly spacious, which added to the overall experience. The hotel lobby and room size felt like a true 4-star, even though I paid a budget rate, which made it feel like excellent value for money. The only downside was a slight sewerage odor in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant. However, the positives of this stay definitely outweighed that one issue. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality on a budget.

Big room area and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation has a spacious room, convenient but lack of interior design as attraction. It would be great if this hotel has swimming pool as family with kids would consider to stay here. Foods are good, delicious but limited of choice. No cereals provided

Had stayed here many times but this time my whole body was pretty badly bitten by bed bug. Air conditioner was leaking when was check-in. Had to wait for 30 minutes for the maintenance guy to fix it. They should have fixed it before letting the guess come in. Always asked for room with bigger window but always not entertained. Price had increased but with more breakfast spread than before.

Room is neat and clean, spacious & suitable for big family gathering to stay. But the breakfast menu can be improved as the menu selection is not wide.

Hotel yang besar :D cuma lighting sangat sedikit (hotel x cukup terang dengan bilik yang sangat besar tu), aircond menghala direct ke 1 arah sahaja - ke katil (tiada swing ke kiri dan kanan, hanya swing ke atas dan bawah), so kesejukan tak menyeluruh - hanya seorang yang akan terkena aircond direct dan makanan tidak berasa. Lain-lain semua ok :)

Service hotel memang terbaik. Bilik yang selesa, luas dan persekitaran yang bersih. Makanan yang disediakan sedap. Cathayana Hotel menjadi pilihan kami sekeluarga apabila menginap di Kauntan.

They said the single bed is super single, but it is normal single bed. The room is spacious, but the refrigerator in the bathroom?

Great staff, near to the shopping complex, parking area was so good, nice and delicious breakfast.

Bilik no 715 tidak seperti yang Di harapkan. Ada banyak semut kerumum minuman makanan. Bilik kurang bersih seperti yang saya datang sebelum ni. Sarapan pagi tahap biasa sahaja. Kaunter terima tetamu harap lebih peramah seperti Di hotel paya bunga k. Terengganu...
