Bon hôtel, bonne nourriture (buffet), personnel très gentil et efficace. Petit bémol, il faut aller pour 9h00 (ouverture) à la piscine pour obtenir un transat douillet (sinon il y a les normaux dans le jardin d’à côté..)

Lovely stay. A few things need tweaking, a water fountain for the new buildings at the back as it’s a little bit of a journey to refill water late at night and maybe install an AC in the dining area as it gets really hot. But otherwise it’s an amazing hotel, VERY friendly and welcoming! I felt like a part of the family

We came here for our 1st wedding anniversary and we both thought it was absolutely amazing! The staff and hotel owner are so friendly, you’ll immediately feel at hotel the second you arrive to the hotel! It’s also close enough to all the main restaurants and bars that you can walk to them. We would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. Thank you for making our stay here special!

Food - all from Island, is extremely high standard, Owners and Staff are smashing, from maids to manager. It's a Family owned and run Hotel, and very Professional and Warm. It's difficult to articulate. Brilliant, wonderful, amazing, excellent, get me a thesaurus just to add to this list. From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and have everything. Nespresso machine, toiletries, sewing kit, bonnet de douche and little unexpected extras. We were fortunate enough to have booked the swim up room with a private plunge pool and day bed. Simply wonderful. The food is outstanding mixing traditional Greek and a wider European selection. Great choices for all three meals and a fantastic selection of drinks on the all inclusive deal. I can't emphasise enough how brilliant all of the staff were. They truly value their customers and make you feel like royalty.

We had amazing time at Castelli Hotel. It was the first stop in Greece on our honeymoon. The owner Spiros, Helen and Ireni were so helpful, kind and warm. They truly go out of their way to help their guests, we were overwhelmed by their hospitality. We loved our room with the swim up pool. All of the meals we had were fresh, used local ingredients and super tasty. We loved having breakfast outside with the gorgeous view of the mountains and bay. To be honest, we were a little nervous driving from the airport through the Laganas strip but Castelli is a beautiful calm oasis but close walk to the strip if you want to go out and party. The location is close to calm family vacation areas and locals. To be honest, I would consider flying from NYC to Zakynthos again just to vacation with Castelli as our homebase again. All of the locals we interacted with on our day trips had the kindest things to say about the owner and other employees, and complimented us on our hotel choice. We loved our stay and could not recommend Castelli Hotel more.

Vain aikuisille tarkoitettu hotelli on mainio jos haluaa lomaltaan rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta. Hotelli on ns. vihreä hotelli, eli kierrätys ja tuhlaamattomuus kuuluu hotellin toimintatapoihin. Hotellin yhteydessä on puutarha, joka tuottaa osan hotellilla tarjoiltavasta ruoasta sekä kotieläiminä kissoja, lampaita, kalkkunoita, kanoja, kukkoja, pupuja ja pari possua (joiden elinolosuhteet toivottavasti paranevat palautteeni myötä). Hotellin omistaja on päivittäin läsnä vastaanottamassa ja saattamassa vieraita ja henkilökunta on osaavaa ja ystävällistä. Ekan kerroksen huoneemme wc:ssä taisi olla homeongelma, mikä haittasi hieman viihtyvyyttä. Muuten aivan loistava hotelli lähellä merta ja biletyskatua, jonka meteli ei kuitenkaan kantautunut hotellille asti. Suosittelen!

Very good hotel, the reception staff are very helpful. All inclusive meals are good quality with a large choice of foods. There is a small holding attached to the hotel with turkeys, sheep and chickens. This provides some of the food. Our room had been updated with a powerful shower and a very comfortable bed. The beach with all the amenities is 5 minutes walk or you can laze by the pool.

I cannot speak more highly of Castelli Hotel from the moment I walked into the Hotel with my brother we were made to feel as if we had walked into our own home. Mr Spiros runs a great hotel his hospitality is second to none he is always there to greet his guests and provide assistance whenever it is needed. Mr Spiros has a great team working for him including Maria and Irene who are always keen to assist whenever called upon. The buffet breakfast and dinner is excellent. It does not get boring and here is always something new to try. On Tuesday nights there are Greek dancers performing which adds to the atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms themselves are spacious with great balconies to relax on and watch the sun set or rise. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Zakynthos and l will be recommending this hotel to family and friends. Castelli Hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The location of the hotel is great, in a quieter part of laganas and only a short walk away from a nice beach on agios sostis. The staff were all first class, and the food was fantastic. We were only bed and breakfast but spent two evening meals in the hotel because the food and the setup of the chairs around the pool was so nice. Pool was great too. The only quibble we had was that the parasols kept falling over in the wind as the bases were top- heavy and very unstable. It wouldn't take much to sort this out. It just meant we were never fully relaxed near them! We saw a few fall onto people sunbathing. However overall, an excellent hotel and great stay.

The hotel owner and staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very clean, tidy and in a good location only about 10min easy walk to the beach and bars. The room had aircon that made the night cool and comfortable. The only small niggle is that the shower is a bit small and could be better if made into a wet room but this wasn't really a problem.

prenoto una stanza superior, veniamo alloggiati in stanza al piano sotto livello stradale umida fredda ed esposta a nord specifico al proprietario della struttura che la stanza non corrisponde a quanto prenotato e mi viene detto che per loro "stanza superior" è tale solo per le maggiori dimensioni della stanza e per il letto matrimoniale ( ma avevo prenotato il letto matrimoniale specificandolo nell richieste aggiuntive?!) dopo 3 notti di soggiorno nel piano interrato riusciamo a farci cambiare stanza sperando di avere quei confort specifici di una stanza superior ( kit per preparazione caffè, canali satellitari etc.etc ) ma niente perlomeno la stanza si trova al secondo piano (ps albergo privo di ascensore e cambio stanza fatto da noi senza alcun ausilio da parte del personale dell'albergo) ultima chicca : la domenica non c'è servizio pulizie! Mi son dovuta fare il letto in albergo
