I booked Suite room (claimed having 600-sq-foot) for my staying this and full paid to Hotels.com before I check in. However, I was just being told there is NO Suite room in Platinum Grand. Then when I call Hotels.com to complain and trying to cancel my booking at Platinum Grand because they cannot offer the room I booked, the hotel just telling lies to Hotels.com saying they have already offer me a Suite room so Hotels.com refused to change hotel for me. And at the same time, Platinum Grand told me, Hotels.com has just only booked a normal single room for me. So, they even refused to put me to a bigger room in the hotel.
Then after all arguments, Platinum Grand finally change a bigger room for my stay which is around 400-sq-foot.
I was totally disappointed with the dishonest of Platinum Grand as they post the room not exist on Hotels.com and they told lies to me and to Hotels.com. I'm sure I'm definitely a loser in this case as I paid for Suite room but in fact I'm just staying in normal double room. I'm disappointed with Hotels.com as well as they are totally unhelpful just trying to let me deal with the hotel myself. Very bad experience!
