I stayed here for six nights and really liked the place. Since they just opened in July, the room is clean and chic and uses Alessi products. The staff are very helpful and lovely. The location is very convenient- it's 2-3 mins walk from the greatest shopping area in Milan. Definitely recommended.

舒適安靜的新飯店，步行可到熱鬧的購物街，早餐豐富而且餐廳人員親切，早餐時光感受很好，裝修很有質感。不過前台及其他服務人員好像不足，櫃台常常沒有人在，公共區域的清潔也需加強。

Staff was friendly and polite. Attended to our needs. The buffet was very nice and the wait staff was very helpful. Will definately stay again!

Great location

Wow, I was so happy and relieved to have such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and safe in a beautiful hotel. Marcello and Asuhioh (apologies for misspelling her name) were fantastic in reception and helped me with an early check in, schedule a car, and directed me to local activities. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable (I am very picky and was very happy with the accommodations). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and hospitable. Food was delicious. Bartender was excellent as well (wish I would have taken note of his name). Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. The hotel is in a prime location and the rooms were a nice size with large marble bathrooms. We will be back.

Excellent location and beautiful aesthetic with fine attention to detail. Smallish rooms but comfortable and clean.

Beautiful interior design. Kind and professional service from front desk to the restaurant to porters. Quiet which i love. Good food. Comfortable plush beds and a pillow menu (useful if you need a different kind of pillow for comfort. Easy location to walk from. This is what a boutique hotel in Milan should be.
