I said at this hotel for a solo business trip. I was there for three weeks in a deluxe apartment and it was very comfortable and I also feel very safe. I love the 24 hour reception and security. I also love the location, which is right on Avenida Jimenez so whenever I walk out, there are well lit streets and people around.

ALL about property was great: location, staff, security, room, bed, black-out drapes, quiet, kitchen, showers, cost, except for ZERO WI-FI IN ROOM for all 3 days. You NEED Wi-Fi for flights, shuttles, lodging, Uber, restaurants, tours, mobile tickets, maps, calling home, weather, emergencies, etc and it’s unacceptable to keep going to the lobby or a restaurant you visited previously for Wi-Fi access.

stayed here many times before. i really like the place. If i have one complaint it would be every time i have checked in the internet isnt working. this time this issue only happened once. the staff are very helpfull also.

In the heart of the city center. You can walk to all attractions. A lot of excellent restaurants near by.

no heat or a/c so you better take a fire place with you. very noisy on night so u can't sleep. people screaming. nothing is include. you have to pay for all. shampoo or soap etc.

Sara from the reception is nice. And thats all about it ! Room was very cold no heat. Curtain you can see through no privacy ! No tv ! No tv channels ! I was bored ! Towels weren’t clean. Bed also. No phone. Room wasn’t properly clean. I had reservations for 2 ppl. When checking inn they telling you if you not provide the persons name no one can come in later. What ??? Area very unsafe all day long. Specifically at night. I was so happy to leave that place. And oh yea. Never go back there.

Customer service was very disappointing. Zero help at front desk. Zero help with a late check out after checking in late at night (no full just wanted me to rent another day so I could cook lunch at the rental.. the whole reason for renting there) NOPE... out at 12 noon then asked if i could use the second floor to eat my food I cooked early.. NOPE you can go to the park outside they told me. Horrible. At noon, they treated me like a guy off the street and not a renter.

clean snd well maintain, the area is ok during the day but sketchy at night, the reception is great, the employees are great and go beyond to make you feel welcome plus they are very helpful.

The place was great overall. The apartment i was in did not have a working washing machine which would have helped since my luggage was lost on the plane. Also the bed was not very comfortable. Overall if the beds would be more comfortable i would 100 percent stay here again. Right now i am only at 85 percent. Location could not have been better.

The apartment is VERY clean and surprisingly modern in a place surrounded by the old and dirty city. The communication was difficult because I don't speak Spanish and they did not speak English. Organizing a shuttle to pick me up was a bit difficult and I was unable to do that until the day I arrived at airport, which added stress. But, the driver was very prompt when picking me up to take me back to airport. The apartment had a coffee pot but no coffee. You must bring all coffee, cooking oil, etc. And only one small bath towel and a small hand towel. The bed, sheets, pillows and warm blanket were excellent.

Very nice hotel for the price. The area is a little messy but walkable.

Great area and an awesome value. I will return.

En general fue muy confortable la habitación, la atención fue muy buena excelente atención al cliente. Negativo que ofrecen desayuno gratis en el hotel y resulta q ni siquiera tienen restaurante muy mal q ofrezcan ese beneficio y no sea cierto.

Aparta Suite Edificio Continental Bogota: Nice & clean apartment; one big room; helpful reception, some of them spoke some English. Somewhat loose tiles on room floor & the shower room water tap did not work properly, but otherwise OK. Near downtown & shops & restaurants. Many Cambios nearby. Very nice location.

Great location in la Candelaria area. Walking distance to lots restaurants and museums.

Apartment is excellent for 5 person, clean, and it is well situated in the Candelaria... everything is nearby...
