Don’t like the perfume of the hotel. The room smells like a cigarettes. The staff is unfriendly. We’re asking for their help to book a taxi, the taxi never come and they scold to us because we didn’t see it go through. Check in and check out process takes forever. Will not stay here again for business and personal trip.
