The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Great food in restaurant and ideal for a couple. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was good, although the spa facilities looked good we did not get a chance to try. Hotel had great views and great transport links

Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere.

spacious rooms, nice easily accessible location easily accessible poor breakfast selection and lake view is limited - there are buildings right in from of the hotel

The staff was awesome.They were very kind & attentive! The actual property has no soul! It function as a resting stop for the casino patrons nearby-modern & clean. Although near a beautiful lake, it doesn’t reflect the charm & warmth of the other villages dotting lake lugano.
