Overall is good. Staff are nice and friendly. Near city centre, convienent. The cleaning services were not as good as expected. Despite having come into the room every day to tidy up the beds and other facilities, rubbish left on the table and other areas were not tended to as expected.

飯店員工都蠻親切 ，入住第一天，因為浴室水管不通 ，反應， 他們馬上就幫我們換了另一間房間， 服務態度很好。 飯店地點離維也納市區景點都很近，走路都可以到，很方便!

near to the city centre, very convenient, 5-mins walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral

The room is large and conformable. However it's quiet. The hotel crews are really friendly. The location is near the St. Stephan church and subway station -- perfect for a tourist.

如想自已煮東西吃，可選這間酒店，房間提供充足的廚具及餐具 第1天的職員說每天會有小量清潔及免費添加咖啡膠囊。 到第2天另一職員說是每3天才會清理一次。 所以我們每天都要聯絡職員清理垃圾，職員亦很有禮貌幫忙拿走。 只是感覺比較麻煩。

Room and facilities are new and clean. The front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Hotel is located 8-minute walk to historical center of Vienna and the St. Stephen church, also a 10-minute walk to City-Airport-Train station, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to hotel so that we can make good use of the kitchen. The self-service laundry facility is very good. One thing to criticize is that the beds are not comfortable and the double bed is actually two adjoining single beds.

En syönyt aamiaista. Huoneessa oli kahvikone ja kahvinappeja. Talouspaperia ei ollut. Sitä vähän kaipasin. Huone oli oikein siisti ja sai upgraden pyytämättä. Olin jo toista kertaa ko. hotellissa.

Clean room

What a find! Our spacious room was equipped with a kitchenette and a laundry was available in the building. The staff were friendly and helpful with any needs we had. An elevator made access to upper floors easy. The location is great for shopping (tourism and groceries), restaurants and public transit. Although the windows open for fresh air, during our stay the daily loud noise of street repair (beyond the control of the hotel) was our only challenge.

Sauberes Zimmerdank der fleißigen Zimmermädchen, gute Lage, ruhiger, da etwas abseits vom Trubel. Vorteil, daß es eine Garage gibt.

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the breakfast had a nice variety. We also received a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall the experience was smooth and relaxing. Highly recommended for travellers visiting the area.
