To escape our hectic lives as key workers, my husband and I decided to head to Bath for a quick romantic getaway. Tucking mill view is perfect as it provides a country side experience while only being a 10 minute drive (or uber) from Bath city centre. The cottage is managed by a family team who are extremely friendly and always available. They even provide an online guidebook to help you with your stay. They adhere to the covid cleaning requirements and have lots of cleaning supplies at the property. They asked for us to bring our own tea and coffee and to leave whatever books/games we used out when we left so that they could be sanitised. They also have all the amenities listed(fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, washing machine), the kitchen is well equipped with utensils and there are a selection of dvds for the dvd player (we actually brought our own chromecast to watch netflix at night). There is a small grill outside and they provide barbeque packs for a small fee. There is also a table and chairs with a parasol on the patio there are scenic views of a private garden and bird feeders attract beautiful species of birds. The cottage was very cosy add comfy and we'd love to say here again.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Häuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht mitten in der malerischen englischen Landschaft. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps für Frühstück, Abendessen etc. Die schöne Stadt Bath ist mit dem Auto in nur etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Absolutely loved my stay here , beautiful retreat. Rob was lovely and greeted us when we arrived. Super clean indoor cosy and warm for a lovely winter weekend xx

The cottage is an ideal place to stay and have peace and quiet although there is traffic noise early in the morning.
