First time staying, will stay again.

Well maintained property. Staff were nice

Reasonable accommodation, bit dated, stained carpets, but otherwise ok. The restaurant was great, fantastic meals

I don't generally leave low rating reviews, but have been left no choice. It's been a couple of years since I have stayed at the comfort inn and it's fair to say their rooms are in much need of updating! There is wear and tear on the furniture, fridge, the beds, etc. There are dirty stains all over the carpet. The curtain rod is falling down and dirty hand prints on the walls. The office chair is visibly falling apart and the list goes on. The reason I've left my review so low is mostly because I opened up my towel in the morning after having a shower to discover what I can only explain as a fecal stain which is unacceptable! I also don't like the fact that we're expected to wash our dishes in a basin where facial hair is shaved, amongst other body parts and people are brushing their teeth in. Not to mention probably vomiting spitting and God knows what else. I'm not even sure if that's legal? Will I stay here again? No.

Excellent location whilst working in Whyalla an overall pleasant stay

Basic and a bit dated but nice and clean. Would stay there again. But next time I would request a room on the ground floor. There are a few rooms on the 1st floor.

Quite pleasant. Everything we needed

Really nice place to stay. Only trouble we had was the sliding doors to the outside where pool was were very difficult to open, so we gave up and had to use the one in the kids room. The room was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, and the breakfast packs in the room were great.

Great stay

Excellent facility with very clean, safe and quiet rooms. Food and beverages at the motel restaurant was very welcoming.

Good value for money

The proprty was clean and tidy, although a little tired with decor. Checking in and out was easy.
