位置十分好，就在老城区内，早餐非常好，唯房间有WiFi但接不到亙联网，向职员投诉过多次，职员态度是好，但住了三天，到离店亦没有修复，由于需要订酒店及车票，只有每天去大堂使用它仍有效的WiFi, 及使用移动流量，对此是非常失望～～

前台小伙儿温文尔雅。态度很好。表扬！

the room is too small that you don't want to stay longer

The location is good in the central of old town. But the room is a little bit small. The hotel environment is so nice. Please be reminded that if you have heavy luggages, please kindly request to have a lower level room because the hotel hasn't lift that you need to hand carry the luggages upstairs.

Erinomainen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa, huone oli pienehkö mutta riittävä kahden yön majoitukseen kahdelle. Aamiaisbuffetissa riittävä valikoima jokaiseen makuun

Personalet høflig. Veldig små rom, badet så lite at fare for liv å dusje.Frokost helt grei,savnet Appelsin Juice. Beste var at det var så sentralt.

Female receptionist didn’t appear friendly. Kettle provided but no cups available. Electric plug sockets difficult to gain access. Sleep disturbed by the thinness of the walls. Could hear next doors conversation clearly. Plus I could hear snoring from next door.

The location of the property was really central which made it really convenient and walkable to everything. I could also go back to the hotel during the day to drop off things. I liked how breakfast was included as well but I felt that the choices available were limited and mainly savoury and salad so I would suggest options like pastries or pancakes wouldn’t go a miss. I paid for a single room as I’m a solo traveler and got upgraded to a twin room but the walls are very thin so could hear the people in rooms next to me talking until late at night. Also the bathroom only has shower gel and no other toiletries available so I had to go out and buy some as I only had a carry on bag so my liquids had to be minimal. The hotel was good and I would probably stay here again but could be better with a few small additions.

Pek temiz bir yer olduğu söylenemez. Yatak ve temizdi ama örneğin restoran havasız ve kokan bir yer idi. Kahvaltısı da maalesef pek yenilebilir degildi.

Really cleaning and no smoking in the room.

Huoneessa haisi viemärille, eikä lähtenyt vettä laskemalla. Sijainti hyvä ja tilat hienot, mutta kaipaisivat huolenpitoa. Aamupala keskinkertainen. Seinät ohuet, naapurihuoneista kuului puhe selvästi. Hinta-taso tietysti sen verran alhainen, että ei voi luksusta olettaa.

Hotel right at the centre of old town, brilliant location. Perfectly adequate, but could have been a little cleaner (shower wasn't overly clean). Overall though, the hotel was just what was needed

Loistavalla sijainnilla oleva persoonallinen hotelli.

Vessan peilin teline rikkoamispisteessä. Asunnot pieniä, epäkäytännöllisiä eikä ilmastointia. Välipala-automaatit rikki. Aamiainen ok, pois lukien kahvinsaanti. Tie asuntoon illalla oli kuin kävelisi palkkamurhakillan lävitse, joka tuo epäilemättä ainutkertaisen tunnelman ja elåmyksen. Henkilökunnasta ei valittamista, osasivat hommansa. Suosittelen jos haluaa uudenlaisen, tavallisesta poikkeavan kokemuksen.

Beautiful hotel in great location but please it's infested with bed bugs caught a live one in the morning

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt und es ist demnoch nicht allzu laut. Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel der günstigsten Preisklasse absolut in Ordnung. Auch der Keller, in dem es serviert wird, ist historisch schön. Das Zimmer war klein, die WC-Spülung hatte so ihre Probleme. Das Fenster ging nicht direkt nach außen, sondern ging auf eine staubige und mit Dosen gesäumte Vorterrasse, um die Ecke kam eine große Terrasse. Ja, es war ein recht günstiges Zimmer. Letztlich konnte ich gut schlafen. Was mich dann letztlich gestört hat, war das unfreundliche Personal vor allem an der Rezeption. In einer Unterkunft, die sich HOTEL nennt, habe ich das so noch nicht erlebt. Alles in allem aber für Sparfüchse in Ordnung.
