The guest rooms are clean and the staff are polite. It would be even better if there were more temporary rest areas for check-in guests in the lobby.

The suite has a well-equipped kitchen, which was great since we could cook our own meal. The front desk staff member who checked us in was fine, but the supervisor — who was standing at the back observing the front desk — did not seem very welcoming. She didn’t smile, and her eye contact felt a bit distant, which made the greeting less friendly than we had hoped. This was a bit surprising, as we expected a warmer welcome in the Blue Mountains.

Great stay. Close to everything. Private beach not very sandy but has great free chairs, umbrellas and amenities to use. Pool, sauna and hot tub great. Lots to do for kids. Food on the grounds was also great. Hotel staff super helpful and very friendly. the breakfast at the pottery was the best part of our trip!! Michelle our waitress was amazing! Definitely will be back to check out the spa for our next girls weekend!! Wouldn't change a thing.

Awesome time and recommended

The hotel was very clean, thw ataff was very nice and helpful. They answered any questions we had. Check in was quick and smooth. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, very clean and large. The room was spacious. We loved that we had the wristband to do other activities. The location of the hotel was convenient, being right in the village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No availability for the swimming pool. No hand soap in the room. And our room Wasn’t available until an hour after check in time

Elevators were not working in the entire building. Minimal compensation for the inconvenience.

★☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Experience Our stay at Blue Mountain Village was extremely disappointing. We were a group of 12 people, including 3 children and an infant, and were assigned three separate rooms on different floors in a building where the elevator was out of service. After checking in at the main lobby around 7:30 PM, we had to carry luggage, strollers, and belongings to another building and then use the stairs. It took nearly 4 hours to locate the rooms, receive the keys, and finally get into our rooms around 11:15 PM. By then, we had no opportunity to enjoy the pools, hot tubs, or any of the amenities we had paid for. We essentially rented the rooms just to sleep before checking out the next morning. The front desk staff were polite, apologetic, and genuinely tried to help. They promised someone would assist with our luggage, but no one arrived for quite some time. Eventually, one staff member came, but even he needed additional help. I appreciate that Blue Mountain refunded 50% of our stay, but considering we lost our entire evening and couldn't use any of the facilities, I believe a full refund would have been fair. The experience was especially embarrassing because I had family visiting from the United States. I hope Blue Mountain improves its room assignment process, particularly when elevators are out of service.

hotel was over booked, check in process was horrible and our room was ready an hour late. parking lot was also jammed full outside and we barely found a parking spot underground, which was very difficult with our pickup truck. however, staff was very friendly and helpfull

Our 1-bedroom apartment was in a great location and was spacious, comfortable, well cleaned (except the carpet could have used a better vacuum) & had a well appointed kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice property for our first stay. Unfortunately, only one of the two elevators were available with the one out of service for several months. With only one elevator to be used by both visitors and cleaning staff certainly does not make it efficient resulting in long waits for the elevator. This was in the Seasons at Blue building.

Excellent place for family vacation

Rooms at Seasons at Blue Village Suites are spacious, comfortable and clean. Love the full kitchen, huge bathroom and balcony with views of the water, the mountain and the village below. Very comfortable bed! Pool was fun for kids, and had comfortable loungers and plenty of umbrellas and tables. Only complaint was that one elevator was down (there are only 2) the full time we were there (and from reviews posted by others, it has been for some time), so if you're elevator dependent, it could take a long time for in peak periods.
