Kecewa sekali dengan Anumana, pesan 2 kamar terinput hanya 1. Solusi dari manager hotel. 1 kamar lagi dipindah ke hotel lain (walaupun jarak berdekatan) atau pindah dengan 2 kamar ke village yang jaraknya 7 km dari hotel dan refund dengan pengembalian 100 % dalam waktu 2 minggu tanpa jaminan apapun dari hotel. Alasannya karena semua kamar sudah full pihak hotel lepas tangan tidak bertanggung jawab dengan melimpahkan kesalahan ke rekanan. Baru setelah kami marah-marah pihak hotel bersedia memberikan kamar kekurangan kami yang memang sudah seharusnya menjadi hak kami. (berarti mereka berbohong, toh akhirnya ada kamar kosong)? Saran dari kami. Lebih baik pecat aja itu manager. Manager kok g***** tidak solutif dan sangat merugikan konsumen. Kapok deh.

The room is so cozy and clean. All the staff is so good. The hotel is so near to the good restaurant and cafe.

Intentionally booked room without breakfast as it is walking distance to pison, monssieur spoon. For lunch or dinner, also close to bebek bengil and losteria pizza. A bit old hotel but still clean and decent. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The room with access view so GOOD! My room so comfy & really good position, staff really nice & helpful, staff name ketut in the restaurant so nice and every morning always assist me to bring hot water from the restaurant to my room, definitely will be back if I stay in Ubud.

Sebenernya hotel cukup bagus. tp krn situasi pendemi, tingkat hunian sangat kecil sehingga hrs mengurangi jumlah karyawan. dampaknya byk fasilitas yang kurang terurus / terawat. staff sangat ramah dan helpful, permintaan kue ultah dan ucapan selamat ultah juga dipenuhi dengan baik.

Kita sewa kamar yang private pool ya untuk keadaan pandemi seperti ini lebih baik private. staf semua ramah-ramah.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, kemana-mana bisa dengan jalan kaki, hotelnya bagus, fasilitas oke, kolam renangnya juga bagus.

Saya dan suami menikmati menginap di anumana, membuat honeymoon kami berkesan. lokasinya strategis, dekat sekali dengan monkey forest, kafe-kafe, Dan dekat dengan pasar Ubud. Staffnya ramah dan membantu sekali. Kamar kami adalah superior lagoon access, kami bisa langsung ke kolam renang hanya dengan keluar lewat balkoni kamar kami. Kolam renang sedikit kotor karena daun-daun yang jatuh dari pohon di sekitar kolam renang. But we really enjoyed staying there, thank you anumana.

Pros: cukup bagus kamarnya jika anda pilih pool access room strategis dekat monkey forest dan bebek bengil kolam renang menyediakan floating breakfast. Dua adulat hotel kecil.

Lokasi yang strategis dekat kemana saja di pusat Ubud.

Sevicenya luar biasa, dari resepsionis, security, restoran, semua mantap. Juga kamar cukup besar dan sangat bersih. Lokasinya juara. Di down town Ubud. 3 menit jalan kaki ke monkey forest. Bar and restoran dan juga supermarket juga dekat hotel, mantap, terima kasih atas pelayanannya ya Anumana Hotel Ubud.

I booked for 2 nights for room with lagoon access, but due to their system error,my room in 1st day already filled with other guest so I need to move to lower room level with compensation only for free lunch or dinner at first offer by the receptionist, and after I want the refund money they offered me again free extra bed + free dinner for 2 persons. Breakfast also not a buffet, every day the menu is the same as the room price with I think expensive, the facilities I got was not satisfying. Pool also dirty, there was some pieces of bread in the pool. Only the location very near Monkey Forest.

Lokasi cukup strategis, bangunan hotel terlihat sudah lama, tapi masih terawat, breakfast kurang variatif, hanya ada sedikit pilihan.

Lokasi dekat sekali dengan Monkey Forest, Ubud Market, Ubud Palace, Puri Saraswati. Seluruh staf baik dan ramah-ramah tidak membedakan turis domestik ataupun dari luar rasa makanan saat breakfast enak, hanya saja kurang banyak pilihannya. Kamar mandi airnya tidak lancar agak tergenang saat shower nyala

Friendly staff and strategy location! The spa also nice and good! Unfortunately, a lots of ants and the variety of breakfast was quite less. Beside that, overall was good! Highly recommend!

very excited to stay here the location is easy to reach and in Ubud center make it easy to reach some tourism destination like monkey forest (only 100m from hotel you can walk to that place), ubud market and campuhan ridge walk you can use free shuttle bus or go around by bicycle that provided by the hotel for free. Tasty breakfast and I love the chicken sausage. with room to the lagoon access make it very romantic for stay with my husband for honeymoon. the hotel also available connecting room for families with the hospitality services by the staff make me want to come again
