I stayed at this hotel expecting good service, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. One of the female staff members at the reception was rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice and showed a blatantly unfriendly attitude. As a guest, I felt completely disrespected. Hospitality and good service should be the top priorities in the hotel industry, but this hotel failed miserably in that regard. I hope the management takes action to address this issue so that no other guests have to go through the same experience. I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Value for money, great location

This hotel in good location, near casa port train station, hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly, and I love the breakfast. It's light but yummy.. Will be back for sure. Thank you.
