The apartment is located conveniently in the Lapad area, with a beach and a promenade within ~10-15 min walking distance which are great for guests staying for an extended period in Dubrovnik. The bus ride to the old city is only ~10 min (at 20 min intervals). It is around 40 min ride from the Airport and the airport pick-up could be arranged at around 250 Kuna. The room is very clean and spacious. Full set of toiletries are helpfully provided (which we reckon might not be common in apartments in Croatia). There is even a swimming pool at the back of the building - it was unfortunate that the weather was too cool for a swim! The hosts Marija and Ely are very friendly and helpful, and their recommendations for sightseeing / shops are excellent!

Amazing stay, Ana was really helpful, giving us ideas of things to do, easy transport routes and places to eat. The room was impeccably clean and easy to find. Overall an amazing experience staying here and would 100% recommend.

Perfect place to stay. The host was superb.

Merveilleux accueil. Marija nous a transmis toutes les meilleures adresses. La chambre très propre et confortable. La piscine et son cadre sont exceptionnels. Le lieu est très bien placé. A 10 minutes en bus de la vieille ville. Pensez a prendre le pass cela vaut vraiment le coup. A quelques mètres de la magnifique avenue de Lapad aux abords de la corniche avec bars et restaurants ultras sympas. Très bon séjour.

Great location between beech and Pile Gate. For a family of 4 Uber was generally cheaper than the bus and very convenient.

It was a genuine feeling that they wanted us to have a really comfortable vacation. The use of WhatsApp to have a personal and swift communicationchannel was great. Appreciated the possibility to use the poolarea after checkout. Definitely recommend California Apartments especially for families with kids

Kaikinpuolin mukava majoituskokemus. Emäntä antoi paljon vinkkejä ja suosituksia rannoista ja ravintoloista. Bussi pysäkki noin 50 päässä, josta helppo yhteys vanhaan kaupunkiin.

Great location in Dubrovnik with fantastic hosts. Great to have a pool at the apartment to relax from the heat. Loads of bars and restaurants in area and old town and beach both within east reach

Clean and comfortable apartment with good location near restaurants, beach etc. All necessary facilities were included. Host/owner family was extremely kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay at California Apartments.

Veldig renslig, komfortable senger, leiligheten er utstyr med alt man trenger og masse håndkler til både dusj og bad. Veldig hyggelig vert med mye nyttig info og lett tilgjengelig om nødvendig. Beliggenheten er sentralt til det meste, bra buss forbindelser og mulighet for parkeing til MC 2 min unna. Anbefales!!

The hosts communication was great- she was incredibly helpful in guiding us in Croatia and sharing the bus schedules. We booked this as a budget stay and definitely wish we stayed closer to the water / closer to more dining / beach options. Re-using towels/beach towels for 4 days started to get bothersome. The property was clean and the host was wonderful

Et rigtig lækkert sted med en moderne lejlighed inkl. aircondition og terrasse, et skønt poolområde med lunt vand og rigtig god beliggenhed, hvor det er nemt at komme både ned i Dubrovniks gamle bydel, på restaurant og på stranden. Rent og rart at være i. Og ikke mindst en utrolig rar og hjælpsom ejer, der har styr på tingene, altid svarer på henvendelser undervejs, og som ikke tøver med at dele ud af tips og tricks til opholdet. Vi vil helt klart anbefale dette sted, og håber også selv at komme tilbage.
