The property location is very central and convenient. Its a puzzle as to why such a well situated property is so ill maintained - especially as it is surrounded by competitors! The waterworks are leaky, furniture and air conditioner substandard. The food served in restaurant is very poor quality - Cook needs to be replaced. I ended up ordering food from outside almost every day. Staff is saving grace - every one was very helpful and eager to help out with any need. Since price is cheap it can be a compromise choice for longer stays.

Decent property but Bfast needs upgrade asap. Right in the heart of the city

Outside appearance ok. Found mattress lying in corridor for 3 days during my stay. Dusty bedside lamps. All fixtures in the room were loose. Most of the plug points not working. Taps n showers loose n leaking in the bathroom. Would not recommend unless you get better room.

The hotel is very old, color from the walls are popping out. Room stinks, Ac was not working. Even mattress stinks. the room was not clean. Towels and soaps quality are very low. No door mats near washroom. Not at all value for money. Staff is helpful. Breakfast severed is awesome.
