Music from local nightclubs made it impossible to sleep at night

I came back here because of the staff and location last time, and I just like this hotel. Let’s face it, the property is not perfect but the property was clean, and where it was not entirely up to scratch staff fixed it immediately. I will likely continue to come here going forward. Note though that there’s music outside at night time as there, but personally I feel it adds to the holiday vibe. Definitely a great experience overall.

For that price you could actually get us new and clean towels. The breakfast is terrible, no cheese in a hotel breakfast !!!!!!! nothing tastes good. I regret my stay and will never be going there again

I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Hamilton Agadir. The room was in very poor condition: the bed was extremely hard, the bedding did not feel clean, and the bathroom was old, poorly maintained, and smelled bad. The towels looked more like old rugs than hotel towels, there were not enough provided for the family, and there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival. When I asked reception for clean towels, I was told that the person responsible for towels was not there, which is not acceptable for a hotel service. The reception area was also very smoky because it is next to the bar, and I did not appreciate exposing my children to that environment. What disappointed me most is that the pictures on the website are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all. The experience was so unpleasant that I had to leave the hotel the very next morning and did not stay for the remaining nights I had originally booked. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment.

It's a real shame that the towels provided were so old. They don't provide towels for the swimming pool and the food is not that great. Staff serving food working under tremendous pressure. Batbrooms were so moldy. Good location and close to all shops and matina.

The room was impeccably clean, the staff were AMAZING, bed was very comfortable. The only thing is there was occasionally a sewage smell coming through the bathroom and it was very difficult to be ok with this. But it didn’t really matter than that it really

Room is alright does the job. However no kettle and no microwave was a bit difficult for warm water.

Awful. As soon as we landed, room filthy, not cleaned. Stains on the sheets. BLOOD! Found in some areas too! Hotel refused to help sort it. Expedia failed to help to saying they couldnt contact the hotel. Wasted money and a holiday.

Très bien situé (proche de plusieurs lieux touristiques). Personnel sympathique et sérieux. Très grande chambre bien équipée! Bonne propreté. Restaurant très bon! Un petit + pour Momo responsable du restaurant: toujours dispo et à l’écoute! Seul point négatif: quelques finitions dans la chambre (baie vitrée qui force, quelques défauts dans la sdb) mais c’est vraiment pour trouver un petit truc négatif. Très bonne qualité prix…

We had an amazing stay at your hotel apart the waiter at your restaurant was very unprofessional and treated us not too good and we had to leave the restaurant and had our dinner at the restaurant next door the Paragose at Argana so on our way back to the hotel complained to the hotel reception about his behaviour .other than this all the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful I would recommend to anyone to stay there. Thanks Million.H

Staff were very friendly but condition of the property could be cleaner.

Great view, clean environment and nice staffs, mostly the manager Mohammed (moh) However area to improve is gym facility onsite.
