24 hr. Free Airport shuttle is non existent. Waited at airport & finally called - couldn’t find my reservation. Back & forth calls X 30 minutes & still no record of me even though paid in full & confirmation received 3 days previously. Took taxi to hotel ($7. US). Checked in based on my confirmation. NO non- smoking rooms. Said guests mainly Chinese and all smoke. First room shown was so smoky I couldn’t breath so gave me another oner.. Opened windows & turned on fan & left x. 2 hrs. Air OK when I returned . Went into washroom to find filthy toilet. Asked housekeeping to come and clean . Afterwards realized toilet was blocked & TV didn’t work so was switched to 3rd room. Walls in all rooms marked & dirty - need painting. Beds only have clean btm. sheet, no top sheet. - only puffy quilt with no sheeting cover. I witnessed housekeeping changing btm. sheet & pillow cases in other rooms, but bnever saw anyone changing quilt.s . Left next morning after sleeping in my sleep sac ! Left next morning

great neighborhood... though very lively street the room itself was very quiet... western standards...security building
