Close to everything in the city centre. 10 mins walk. Room spacious, bed very comfy and great facilities. Breakfast great. Staff very helpful and friendly. There's no lift and you can hear the traffic and people but you are warned of this and there are earplugs in the room if you need. I slept fine. Would definitely come back

You find out only after booking that breakfast starts at 8am. The hotel ignored my email asking if there was an alternative for commuters. You have to wait at a bar until everyone is served to check in (drink people were barging past me). The room was nice but the unclear info on their advert and lack of communication undermines this.

Lovely room, very quiet considering above a pub! Couldn't hear anything. Staff were lovely, service at breakfast was great and the person serving was lovely and very helpful.

Stayed the night before we flew for our holiday, great service when for a drink In the evening friendly bar staff and enjoyable atmosphere, had the breakfast in the morning which was lovely and arrived quickly, we will definitely be returning!

Lovely hidden gem, really central location, good size, modern rooms with very comfy beds. The free breakfast is amazing, so many options freshly made with juices, hot drinks and cereals also available. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Manchester

Great having a decent boozer just downstairs. Staff attentive and good banter. Very walkable to all the good food and drink on offer in Manchester. Would use again.
