I booked a stay here for 3 nights in June. The gym was not available (which was one of my main reasons to book this facility). The breakfast had cold boiled eggs from the day before and spam instead of bacon. The premium standard is definitely not met by this resort. The staff is very unfriendly and smokes on the balcony instead of tending to customers. On the second night, at 3 am!! a pipe bursted from under the sink in the bathroom, water got all over the room including 3 other neighbor rooms. Nobody was at the reception and I waited in the lobby until 8 am. When the staff arrived there were no excuses or refund offers. Don’t book this hotel if you need medical assistance. I got a panic attack and get really anxious when the water bursted. I knocked on the room next to me, and a Greek couple managed to close the pipe with a towel. Very unpleasant experience that would have been more acceptable if the staff would have at least apologized…I will inform the authorities about this.

Very nice hotel ,near the city. We stayed there 4 nights, but they did not change the bed sheets. They changed the towels daily. Overall it was very clean, quite, with good breakfast and fast Internet. Highly recommended.

Es ist uns nicht nachvollziehbar, woher die sehr guten Bewertungen für dieses Hotel kommen. Auch die Bilder spiegeln nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hotels wider. Unser Aufenthalt war unterirdisch, weshalb wir einen Tag früher abgereist sind. Die Zimmer waren nicht besonders sauber und sehr hellhörig. Durch einen Spalt in der Tür und offenbar sehr dünnen Wänden hat man selbst Flüstern auf dem Gang und Gespräche in den Nachbarzimmern gehört. Ein Bus mit Schülern, der zur selben Zeit im Hotel untergebracht war, erhöhte den Lärmpegel noch zusätzlich. Ständig ertönte in der Nacht ein Warnton der Zimmertüren, wenn die Türklinken in anderen Zimmern gedrückt wurden. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Die Pools waren nicht nutzbar, da offenbar gesperrt (sowohl der Innen- als auch der Außenpool - Anfang April!?). Die "Auswahl" am Frühstücksbuffet war auf trockenes Toast mit ein paar unappetitlich anmutenden Aufstrichen reduziert. Die eigentlich warm servierten Angebote (Rührei und Co.) waren kalt. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption entschuldigte sich zwar für die Unannehmlichkeiten, konnte uns jedoch nicht weiterhelfen, da kein Manager im Haus gewesen sei. Nach unserer frühzeitigen Abreise und der Kontaktaufnahme mit Expedia, gab das Hotel die Auskunft, wir hätten uns nur aufgrund der Anwesenheit anderer Gäste am Frühstücksbuffet beschwert, was natürlich nicht zutreffend war. Trotz der Uneinsichtigkeit des Hotels erstattete uns Expedia kulanterweise einen Großteil des Reisepreises.

The Hotel is excellent value for money.I will certainly stay again. My only criticism is the heating in the room should be turned on in the room before you arrive. Apart from this everything is was very good.

We was on vacation at AAr spa hotel at Greece for 3 nights. The experience at AAR spa hotel was very unpleasant. First of all, the charge on the credit card was not according to the contract written on the website. unfortunately At breakfast, bread and soy milk were missing. We asked if it was possible for the next day to have the shortages, but we were informed that it was not possible. I should mention that I am sensitive to regular milk. The attitude of the reception staff was terrible. Not acceptable for any hotel that I know. We cannot recommend for this hotel for our friends. 2 stars it’s to much.

It is never a 4 star hotel! It’s very basic.

It was an unexpected and pleasant visit to the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcomed us. The outdoor pool looked very inviting. We noticed a few grasshopper in hotel and an odor in room . Room was clean and spacious for 4 people. TVs were small and beds were comfortable. The best part was their breakfast. An assortment of tasty food, fresh juices and traditional THICK Greek yogurt with honey. We would stay there again if had the opportunity.

Om avskildhet är av vikt är detta ett bra lugnt område med vänlig personal. 14km till centrum i staden Ioannina men beläget 500 m från ett köpcentrum med Ikea, HM och Intersport

Wir verbrachten hier nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zur Fähre und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel: sauber, schöne Zimmer, gutes Bad, freundliches Personal, feiner Snack am Abend im hoteleigenen Restaurant und grosse Auswahl am Büffet am Morgen.

Sad is lovely boutique hotel near ioannina. It is very convenient to stay for day or two. Near to shopping park . We staying for few times and always friendly and nice

Η εσωτερική πισίνα, το γυμναστηριο και το spa (δεν γνωρίζω αν λειτουργεί μόνο μέσω ραντεβού) δεν λειτουργούσαν παρότι αναφερόταν στις παροχές του ξενοδοχειου. Κατά τα άλλα το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, με εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Man muss nur wissen, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt. entspr. ist es dort rel. laut bei geöffnetem Fenster oder auf der Frühstücksterrasse draußen bzw. am Pool, der ausgerechnet vor dem Hotel rel. nahe zur Straße liegt statt hinter dem Hotel, wo genug Platz gewesen wäre... Sonst alles gut.

The complex is relatively new with good amenities; the pool is amazing, plentiful parking, great sized rooms with a comfortable bed. I definitely recommend it as a stopover for anyone in transit.

Å vad man blir glad efter en hel dags bilresa genom Albanien (som för övrigt var en angenäm upplevelse, positiv överraskning!) mötas av alldeles fantastiska människor. Receptionisten lyste sim solen själv och hälsade oss välkomna! Bistron hade stängt, kl 22 men det var inga problem att fixa till nåt ”lätt” ,några goda toast och en mytos langades fram på nolltid och med ett leende på läpparna! Rent o fräscht, vi diskuterade vad som kunde vara minus men nej, Aar levererade.

The place is very good & beautiful, the pool is great. We only have issue with our air conditioning in the room, it was not cooling enough. Even when we complain the issue was not really fixed the entire 6 days there. The breakfast is OK (not too good but not bad) I give this Hotel a general score of 4 (out of 5)
