The staff were very friendly, nice and accommodating. The place/room was clean. Will definitely recommend this place!

Spacious room, good service food is affordable sulit para sa nagbabudget.

They switched me to a family room even if my booking was a deluxe double room. the room was huge with 1 small air conditioner. I turned the aircon on and it did not cool the room even after over 1 hour! I moved out immediately and wasted my money! And before I forget, do not believe the pictures! Old building and the bathroom fixtures and tiles are cracked. It looked and felt like straight from a horror flick!

It was a hassle check-in. I came to the area at dawn. To make sure that I will be able to check-in upon arrival, I booked 2 nights on May 8 and 9 even though my arrival time was on the 9th. But when I got to the Inn, they did not reserve the room for us. All rooms were occupied. I was disappointed. Then, they transferred us to other branch with taxi expenses paid by them. I appreciated it but the area was far from the hospital I have chosen. Then on the afternoon at 3pm they let us came back again to their Inn. Other than that, the male attendant on the desk was just wearing sando. I find it inappropriate. The room was just fine overall. But it has mosquitoes and I found some centipedes crawling in the bathroom area.

The place is very accessible.

it was a nice experience booking with travelbee. only downside is that we were transferred to another branch because the one that we booked was full. but the whole experience is really great. the room is spacious enough and we also have complimentary breakfast at a very low cost. we will surely recommend this to other friends.

We actually booked the standard room for two but when we came, we were surprisingly upgraded to the family room which was great! Free of charges! According to the receptionist, they ran out of standard rooms the time we made the reservation. They were actually nice and accommodating though we waited 30 mins for a vacancy. The room was clean and neat, functional air-conditioner and TV but poor internet connection. Accessible location!

Very weak signal for globe and tm subscribers. WiFi too weak as well. Can't use back up LTE because of the signal.

We booked for a standard hive but when we arrived at travelbee there is no standard hive room available that is why they gave us a family room, we have 5 beds but were only 2. Thanks travelbee
