Nice hotel Manager to welcome us to stay hotel; Provide milk as welcome gift and made us relax after long driving route. She provided good suggestion on nearby restaurants and reminded us to have safety drive in rainy day. Too impressive for first visit in NZ. Quiet room and close to sea view. Easy parking area Quiet and close to sea view.

Beautiful room overlooking the harbour. Very clean room and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Easy to walk into town (about 30 mins) or to walk to the museums and ‘Centre of NZ’ along the picturesque river. Quiet area for comfortable sleeping and plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff very accommodating & very pleasant have stayed in a lot of places worldwide but was treated as good as I have been anywhere would gladly recommend & return to stay again handy location too

Nice location over looking the harbour. Bonus was Anchor Inn next door which had really nice meals.

The upgrade was unexpected and provided is with a great view. Room was quite. Breakfast was welcome and a great start. We'll be back.

Great to be back, very easy

Property is in the industrial area around the port. This made it very quiet which was nice, however was a bit more effort for getting meals etc as it meant a drive into town. A few issues with the TV in the room but this was sorted by the second day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean
