superb location, clean room, no lift, friendly staff

地點非常方便，房間設計也新穎。但checkin接待不便, 必須抵達後連絡，再在大門外等待數分鐘，人員過來開門。可能是因為舊建築關係，房間內時時充滿臭水管的味道。

住宿入口處有梯級，幸好有工作人員熱心幫忙搬入住宿。工作人員清楚指示室內設施用法，可免費用洗衣機。住宿位置交通方便。由於附近有基建工程，隔音稍差，有些嘈吵。

对一家人来说，地方有点小。桌子很小，那么多人不可能一起坐下。设施都挺好。位置非常好，市中心，去哪里都方便，附近小馆子很多，吃饭很方便。附近还有几家超市，买回来自己做饭也很不错。

交通跟環境都很棒，就在羅西奧地鐵旁，里斯本道路都是碎石磚塊又是上上下下的坡道，拖行李走路很辛苦，住這裡非常方便，公寓設備也很乾淨又齊全，第一次選擇住公寓，是非常棒的體驗！

位於市中心羅西奧廣場跟地鐵旁，交通跟逛遊都非常方便。尤其是葡萄牙的路面多是碎石磚塊又是上上下下的波路，推行李非常困難，就近地鐵是很好的選擇，第一次選擇住公寓，非常乾淨附廚房，早餐可以嚐試自己料理，很棒的體驗！

房間小巧、床很大，附有小廚房和公共洗衣機，2個人住起來很舒服，而且地理位置很好，聖胡斯塔、無花果廣場、羅西廣場丶奧古斯塔購物街就在隔壁，附近有公車、電車、地鐵、火車、小超市和很多餐廳，生活機能很好，離機場也只有20分鐘左右車程，很值得推薦。

房屋及維護狀況不錯，但因位在鬧區周邊環境比較髒亂一點，但相對來說很方便，就看旅人選擇。

飯店地點很好，靠近著名景點。周邊機能很方便。 房間空間舒適，整體算乾淨。 雖然沒有酒店櫃台，到了之後需要稍等一下，不過手續很方便。 很推薦這家公寓酒店。

酒店地理位置太好了，火车站，机场大巴，丢铁站，去贝伦区的15E都在步行5分钟内，厨房设备齐全，附近有超市可以自己煮。

酒店安排我們入住新的那邊。位置是在原本的公寓步行5分鐘左右。但新的公寓美極了。好像沒人住過似的，是1房1廳。就連廚房的設備也是全新。設有24小時開放的免費洗衣房。酒店步行至最近的地鐵站只需2分鐘。接待員 Carlos 十分幫忙。再下次到里斯本也會住在這裡。

Très bon appartement, propre, bien équipé et parfaitement situé. Excellent accueil. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

The photo shown does not match the entrance, see attached. We had to edit on the street for some one to come and let us in. The stairs were a challenge with our heavy bags and there was no hot water in the morning, maybe a busy time as it was ok later in the day. On the plus side, the woman communicating with us was friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean.
