Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again.

What can I say, from the moment we parked outside the hotel it looked amazing. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and clean, beds super comfy, toiletries and towels of high quality. Tea and coffee facilities well equipped. Evening meal was delicious and well presented, breakfast the following morning was amazing especially the table with the sea view. Wonderful value for money. Would definitely stay again very soon.

Stayed before and had a great stay this time the room was smaller and difficult to manage as we had two dogs

Room was excellent with everything we needed and a great view. Staff were all polite and friendly. Breakfast and evening meal were spot on and loved everything about the restaurant from layout to the plates and cutlery. Defo recommend!

Hotel was in a very nice location Lots of parking outside , free after 4pm to 10 The room had a fan, the amenities in the room were nice Breakfast was fantastic and absolutely worth getting Pleasant stay would stay again

The room was beautiful, nice and modern, with a lovely large shower. We ate in the restaurant and had the fish and chips; they were very good would be nice if they gave you a choice of chips, as im not keen on triple, but other than that, great. Breakfast: we had pancakes; they were so light and so yummy. Good choice; menu just needs a little twick ie cranberry juice would be good and porridge, but other than that amazing would definatley go back the asain man who worked breakfast was a joy to talk to, so nice and friendly. Great hotel; would recommend 5 stars all round. Hope to go back next year. Gaynor

We understood parking was available on site. This is not the case. Bank Holiday weekend, we were told to try our luck at street parking. Staff in bar were very nice. To be honest, I was violently ill after eating seafood pasta and one glass of wine at the restaurant. Although I was not angling for anything, I thought I should mention it at checkout and was told it takes 24 hours to get sick from the food. ( Not according to my system). The room had great tea/coffee choices and was very clean and quiet.

It was just the overall of our stay.. staff were so helpful and pollute and the shower was fantastic and the shampoo and shower lotion that was provided… the breakfast was lovely in fact I couldn’t fault. You do get your moneys worth and only over road from sea..

Hotel is tired in the need of maintenance painting & decorating new carpets. Cleaning ok but in my room lamp and phone dusty . Bathroom was new hot shower. All staff work hard and friendly. Breakfast was ok sasages were not very nice .I stayed at this hotel four years ago and the Breakfast was excellent

Good management, good staff, excellent food and beverage. We will definitely recommend and use this hotel again
