I have the best stay experience here, the room is comfortable and clean, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent.

I just didn't like that I had to keep going up to the 7th floor to smoke.

We were able to do early check in at 8.00 with additional cost 500 peso due to upgrade which we thought reasonable price. The hotel location was very strategic & we booked because near with new frontier Theater.

Comfortable, clean but there were dirty room service dishes left outside in the hallways that were not cleared for more than a day.

Staff are very accommodating. The place is near shops and my work place.

My daughter and I love to stay in the executive room. We love the premier lounge. We stayed twice here already and will definitely go back maybe on December. Everything is awesome especially the pool and garden.

Well, since our office is just on the next door, I always stay in Novotel Araneta Center. The room is spacious, breakfast is always satisfying. Never been bored to stay here. And the service never fails you. They are very friendly. Once I had problem while check in and Stephanie helped me a lot!! My colleague even has his own pillow that they help him keeping safe for his every stay!! This hotel never fails you!

Definitely 100% worth it! It had wonderful amenities. And the room was just awesome! We booked the superior room and it was even better than the pictures. It exceeded our expectations! If we ever come back to this area in Manila in the future, we will definitely book with Novotel.
