The front desk staff was professional with check-in they accommodated us the best they could with what they had to work with. The cleaning lady had to fix the toilet seat with the attachments. The appliances in the room were all broken or dysfunctional. Phone did not work, remote did not work, refrigerator needed Freon and the microwave had the wrong turntable in it because it did not spin. Probably the worst room on the floor.

Got to hotel and was given key and someone was in the room they sent us too. Left and booked a different hotel because they said there was no more rooms.

Room was average refrigerator dirty and television didn't work.

Noisy busy trashy grounds.

The property needs a pool and they need to do something about the homeless people sleeping around the building

pictures online need to be updated. Looks nothing like advertised rooms reeked of piss not in a good area either.

My stay was horrible. Room was infested with nats. Also hotel was over booked so I was placed on the smoking floor and had to pay 5$ extra to have. Every time I needed to go get into my room I had to be let in/wait on staff to get into my room. Due to key maker being broken. I ended up cutting my trip short due to these factors. Worst experience I’ve had with extended stay.

The hotel front desk staff was great but the rooms were not so good the first room I checked into had bugs coming from the window area so we had to transfer to another that was ok the only problem we had was the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly so we decided to check out an got to another hotel

Room smelled like piss, bugs in the room. Hallway smelled like an ashtray. Elevator smelled like sex. It’s doesn’t get any worse than this place

Was given a room with no cable box for tv so we had no tv The drain to the shower was stopped up. Begged for 2 days to move room Had front desk come take a look Accused us of stealing the cable box and never return Upon departure, I had to clean my own tub with comet that the front desk brought me after telling me the evening staff was suppose to switch us rooms and did not. The worst hotel I’ve been in in yrs. Halls smelled like old pee, stained carpets, burnt blunts and stale cigarette smoke

I did not stay. I got another hotel. It was dirty and smelled of urine. Filled with alcoholics and smelled of smoke.
