Newly remodeled but did a poor job

When we arrived they put us in a room that was not ready. Everything was dirty. The bed was not done there were no towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. We had to ask to be changed to a different room. When they put us in the new room the TV did not work or the phone.

Our fridge had rust on it. They literally had one bar of soap for shower amenities. Our toilet didn’t work either so that’s lovely. The only thing nice about this place was checking out.

No TV available, bed mattress uncomfortable, big live roach found in restroom. And for two nights stay no room service for fresh towels. Room had 3 switches for lighting and only one worked. Not a happy camper.

The lobby’S People , were amazing . I need to rest for a swimming competition and I need to do the check in before 3:00 pm , and they were so niece and helped me! Nicholas was an incredible anfitrión !

This property is really good for staying. Only complaint about the internet. If you use the free internet, it is slow. However, you can buy the internet $1.99/day.

potholes in the parking lot. i was worried about breaking my damn car's underside or tires.

The room was ok, down falls were no shampoo or hand soap,so I had to run down a cleaning lady for soap, she said they dont place any in the rooms due to stealing and no coffee machine as well.

Management gave us a key/room already rented middle of night was bombarded by strangers and then police threatening theft managers allowed blatant disrespect of personal privacy and allowed door to be forcefully opened and US physically pushed out of the way as we were in the room sleeping for 5 hours already
