This place is a dump. We had swarms of flies in our room and stains all over the walls. No utensils or cooking supplies. Says quiet hours after 10pm, people were still up slamming doors, running through the hallways at 2am. Barking dogs all night until the early morning. Don't waste your money, I wasted mine by having to buy another hotel room because I refused to stay another night.

The property was fine up to usual brand standard---PROBLEM IS THEY REQUIRED A $200 CASH DEPOSIT. I PAID IT, ON CHECKING OUT 27TH MAY, STAFF CHECKED MY ROOM, ALL GOOD, AND THAT MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE RETURNED ON MY CREDIT CARD. AS OF TODAY, JNE 16 NO REFUND. THE GEN.MGR CANNOT BE REACHED BY PHONE, OR EMAIL----EITHER THIS PLACE IS MANAGED BY THIEVES OR ?????

I have nothing kind to say. Staff were overly nosy, unhelpful &: treated us as if they were our parents working at a detention facility.

The bed is bad is old

We were on the first floor at the end of the hallway with the exit door on that end. The door had no key entry security anyone could walk in. There is a big homeless population in Grand Junction and anyone could come in and sleep under the stairwell or who knows what someone could do. All day and night people would just let the door SLAM shut.

The WiFi was extremely poor hard to get connected then was extremely slow! Could not connect to the web because it was so slow!

Very bare, not very welcoming. Clean and best price I could find, but not a top notch experience

I showed up I. The evening after having paid previously. They told me they didn’t have a room as the cleaning service didn’t clean my room and they didn’t have another to accommodate my family and I. I was left high and dry. The entry way was dark and uninviting. The smell of smoke permeated through out the entry way.

The gent who was at the front office when we were checking in was really helpful and welcoming. The room was something else, Under the mattresses was so dirty, food pieces and crumbs were there. Other than that it was nice.

Bed is uncomfortable and noisy. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Electric outlets were loose, didn't work, and produced a spark when trying to use them. Dogs barking from other rooms. Walls are paper thin and you can hear other people's alarms. Chair is hard plastic. Night stand only on one side of the bed.

Staff was very nice. My room had a pretty strong chemical smell.

We kept noticing things that were half fixed. Like the hand shower was attached to the shower head with electrical tape.

They bumped our handicap access room for 3 people to a room with only one bed and no handicap ammenities. We had to find last minute accomodations. The said it was because we booked thru Expedia that they would not guarantee our room booked 3 weeks in asvance

I’ve had a good stay

Not the experience I was expecting at all. For a hotel room, this was the cheapest place I’ve ever stayed. The bed was atrocious. I’ll never book a room here again.

We were using Community Hospital for a surgery event. It was great to be so close to the hospital and be able to include our dog, a nervous border collie.
