Good location

Very noisy!! The location of the hotel to the local transport links means constant noise from the trams / buses etc. there are also a couple of bars nearby and the noise travels from the outdoor seating (room dependent we were almost directly above the seating outside). Suite was a generous size (802) though. Breakfast choice was good but busy at times and had to wait to be seated.

Great hotel

Really central location. Easy walk to Old Riga and the main tourist attractions (House of the Blackheads, Occupation of Latvia museum etc). If you are getting the bus from the airport the stop is right on the street in front so very convenient. The room was really nice and had everything needed. The only downside was my room was at the front of the property right near the tram line so you could hear the trams later into the evening.

The hotel is in good place bot far from restaurant's and historical part of the city. O had an issues with my card bot opening the door after late night around midnight i couldn't get in the room with my card beitithe receptionist this was very unpleasant experience. The personal try to resolve but he lacks of communication in that process that makes all situations more awkward. It took around half hour so i went yo bed after 1am. No apologies no explanations. Let all this stay very unpleasant. Something to improve or work on. Haven't tried the Wellness amenities so can't comment on this.

What’s not to love about this hotel. Greet location, great value for money. The staff were all so friendly and the spa area was excellent.

I specifically choose this hotel because, unlike others, it did not indicate that there would be an additionally charge to use the spa. I was bitterly disappointed on arrival to be told it was NOT included. I would have chosen the other better positioned hotel if i had known that in advance. VERY DECEPTIVE. I did love that there's a water filter on each floor and a reusable glass bottle in your room to fill if you don't have your own bottle. Great green initiative. Spotlessly clean. Directly opposite train/bus station and on edge of old town.

Great location in the old town and close to the train station. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in any hotel.

I like historical places and food

I loved my 2-night stay in the hotel. It was my birthday celebration weekend and I'm thankful to the staff for the gift. Family room was spacious and kids could run around.

Hotel is in an ideal location. Very clean and staff were lovely.

Lack of responsiveness from hotel staff. Tv that didn’t work. Was reported twice and still nobody came to resolve issue. Had to chase cleaning of rooms on both days - didn’t happen until after 5.30.

They could offer spa for free but it is not included 15 EUR to pay

Nice place, close to all the things

Staff and location are superb, specious rooms, beds could be little bit comfier but overall not bad for the price you pay! Delicious breakfast with plenty of options.

A nice and compact hotel with a cozy spa.

Quick service, clean facilitiy, nice room.

The hotel was very nice. Very good location. My only comment is the strong perfume smell throughout the hotel excluding our room. I have a sensitivity to perfumes so I ended up with a migraine from all the perfume smells in the air. Just suggest that the hotel consider guests with sensitivity, it is a spa.
