入住三個晚上，首天中午抵達，房間要三時後才有，出外遊至七時許取房間，發現在頂層八樓，向正西，有兩個窗但沒風，没冷氣!員工說壞了未及復修，又客滿沒房間換，熱得像焗爐，晚上八時半後日落，酒店只提供風扇並說明天會有冷氣。翌日晚上六、七時返抵房間又像焗爐，仍未有冷氣!與前台查詢仍說當晚滿座，明早可以換房，又忍耐多一晚，但都是切夜難眠。翌日早上十時到前台查詢換房，接待的正是早一晚的同一員工，她說今早有一個團訂了所有房間，酒店又再度爆滿!.在我來看祗是一堆謊話，推說技術員未能維修冷氣，酒店又爆滿，她也没辦法。之後我們要求見酒店經理又話不在，那我們要求酒店書面解釋及証明冷氣壞了及沒有房間更換的情況。她便改口說一小時後清潔完有一個房間可免費升級給我們，是低兩層的轉角房有兩個不同方向的窗，因有對流，沒風扇也相比涼爽得多。下午五時許關上窗戶發現係有冷氣的，雖然調至最大風都不冷，總比在焗爐內舒適很多!對此十分氣憤，酒店推搪的謊話，一個團體應會係一早預訂房間吧!又或是祗是頂層冷氣壞，低層的房間正常有冷氣，奇怪在前台沒有其他客投訴。這次入住超級不愉快不舒適，預訂房間只為有良好的充足的休息，但這次郤換來一肚子氣。

Läget super nära sevärdheterna. Men rummet var dåligt ljudisolerat varje natt var det ljud från sopbilen och personer ute blev inte mycket sömn.

Receptionist was very rude. I paid for superior room and they gave me standard room. Tried to explane, male receptionist keep arguin with me that they have many options of superior rooms. I know different of superior and standard room. Gave me key to the right room and said that this is exception. Food and breakfast staff was good and nice, but first and last time staying there. ee

Fint hotell, dårlig trykk i dusjen.

Hotel in ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Spazi comuni ben tenuti e camera molto bella. Colazione buona e varia. Spa molto piccola e con necessità di prenotazione addirittura prima di iniziare il soggiorno. Per questo motivo uno dei due giorni non ho potuto usufruirne. Ristorante nota negativa, tempi di attesa lunghissimi anche se c’era poca gente tuttavia a brevissima distanza ci sono tantissime soluzioni alternative.

Superior room was perfect for 2 adults and child. Nice window corner and a bathtube. Breakfast was very nice.

Friendly staff, great spa facilities that was included with our room and the room itself had everything needed. It was clean, well equipped and even has a minibar. despite it being -21 over night, the room was warm and comfortable. The location itself is also absolutely ideal for visiting Riga. The airport bus stops it front of it and the entire city is walkable for there.

The room was clean and the hotel was great, warm and very central. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because my room was very noisy: I could hear the TV from the room next door and the constant walking from the upper floor which didn't allow me to relax or rest. Also, the internet was really bad: very slow, always going off and having to log on manually and on several occasions I couldn't log on. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Tilava ja siisti huone. Rauhallinen hotelli. Erittäin hyvä sijainti ja julkiset liikenneyhteydet vieressä. Hotellin vierestä pääsee bussilla lentokentälle. Erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Valitsen aina tämän hotellin Riiassa.
