Hotel not clean at all. Full cockroaches and aircond water bleeding on the floor

water in shower room is very slow. the room so smelly. kettle power not provided in the room. we need to pick up at counter and pay deposit.

Kawasan hotel sangat buruk, sampah merata, ada tikus besar di lubang depan hotel, dapat makluman tikus-tikus tersebut selalu gigit wayar kereta, kami tidur dalam keaadan berjaga sebab risau kereta.

Door cant lock.. washroom smelly.. need to fix

Masa check in keadaan bilik sangat terok. TV tidak berfungsi dengan keadaan kaca yang pecah. Cadar kotor terdapat titik-titik darah. Xtau darah apa. Sinki bilik mandi pecah. Sehinggakan saya takut nak pagi mandi. Takut terpijak serpihan sinki tersebut. Bilik mandi sangat kotor.

Receptionist yang bagus dan prihatin.

The towel provided by the hotel service were too small and also smell awful. Other than that, there was also leakage at the toilet.

Sesuai bagi mereka yang hendak mengikuti kursus di MPWS.

Keselamatan pelanggan tidak terjaga, bilik tidak dapat dikunci dan dibiarkan tanpa kunci. Aduan tidak dilayan.

Bilik yang saya tempah tidak tersedia. Bilik yang diberikan berbau hapak seoleh-olah telah lama tidak digunakan. Tombol pintu rosak. Tidak dapat dikunci apabila kita keluar daripada bilik, hanya boleh dikunci dari dalam. Not recommended.

I arrived hotel with no room available for me

This hotel's staff is really friendly and helpful. Only have problem with the room and the bathroom. The bathroom's door is not in a good condition. There're broken. Even the room's door also not in a good one. We're really disappointed with the hotel's facilities. Hopefully the hotel's management can improve the facilities. So that the user is satisfied with your hotel. Thank you.

Shower was slow, the sink leaked & the room was not tendered for the whole 3 nights I stayed there.

Kunci pintu bilik tiade, hanye tutup dengan kertas sahaja, tuala, sejadah tidak disediakan, remote TV pon tak disediakan.

The room is only for sleep. You can't even watch TV because channel is so blur...the toilet also did not have hot water...

Hotel yang baik dan murah,masih boleh diperbaiki.

Sengat selesa ada masa nak stay lama lagi.
