酒店位置好，離滑雪車只需 8分鐘步行；房間大，而房間設施非常齊備，自己煮食無難度；酒店有熱水池，對玩到疲倦的客人，是一個貼心的設施；最後必耍提的一點，就是有位要表揚的男員工 Rhys，他主動對客人有善的協助，當我們最後一天，在早上10時已經退房後，他不但讓我們的行李安心保管在酒店內，他還給我們優待，讓我們在完成滑雪後，已是下午 4時多，還可使用酒店內的設施。這酒店貼心的安排及員工積極的協助，是給客人的一份禮遇和滿足 ! 我推薦這是一好服務的酒店。

Nice apartment, good facilities, good to family. But complicated AV equipment and without construction. Staff is not helpful to solve the problem. Little bit far to the ski lift if you carry the heavy equipment. Overall is good.

Stayed there may1-2, it was ok. Main concern was door knob. To the bedroom was not working. Got stuck in the bedroom. Couldn’t get out luckily I had my phone. And called my daughter. 30 minutes later out of my room. Always check and take pictures!

The blanket smells like wet summer dog. Mugs had coffee stains inside, no conditioners 2 shampoos instead

This place has a lot of potential and has a great location but unfortunately it fell through on various fronts. There was a hot tub and pool advertised in the photos of the listing, but upon arrival we found out it’s been closed for renovation through the winter and indefinitely. Should not have had the false advertising, we were celebrating a bachelorette and the bride looked forward to that hot tub and relaxation. Our room had some cleanliness flaws like a ketchup chip left on the floor, pillows that didn’t have cases or had stains on them for the living room set, a left over charger from the group before, and only 3 towels for a group of 4. There was also only shampoo and when we messaged about conditioner we never heard back. The doorknobs were also all falling off. I mentioned all of this to the desk on the way out and he said he would contact the project managers who would be in touch and they have not reached out or showed any concern for our groups experience.

I loved my experience at Eagle Lodge

The condo was clean and comfortable with an excellent location, close to a variety of food and shopping. The gondolas were a short walk and ski lockers are provided. It was as advertised except the hot tub has been closed for a while for renovations and is still unavailable. The owner (management?) had a solution that worked for me. They were very responsive and solved the problem. Thank you!

The room was really nice! Right in the middle of the village. The only complaint would have to be the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable.

Loved it, second time staying here.

The room was clean, the check-in staff were friendly and efficient! The only minor disappointment was that the hot tub wasn’t available (and my understanding is that it hasn’t been available for some time) while the ad did say it was available and it was one of the reasons why we selected this property over other comparable properties that didn’t offer a pool/hot tub. We still enjoyed the stay and the location was great, thank you.

The room was ok

Very friendly staff, clean room, and very convenient location. Had a great view of the village and mountains in the distance. Kitchen was great for making meals and had all the equipment we needed.

Lovely place

Amazing food options everywhere! Bed was broken underneath so sleeping 2 in a bed made it uncomfortable. A/C machine was loud. Living room A/C machine had filters that I don’t think have ever been cleaned. Didn’t work well and looked disgusting see picture! Toilet was broken and run all night. They tried to fix it but it didn’t help. Frying pans should be thrown away. 2 coffee machines 2 tea kettles but no toaster! Silverware and dishes all miss matched and random. Parking was easy but there was a staff parking stall next to ours and that person parked like a JERK! Room itself was awesome and in a great location and price was right. I’d stay here again anytime. Loved the balcony overlooking the creek in town, a little loud at night but that’s the night life of Whistler.

The place is excellently located, in the middle of Whistler Village. It is surrounded by restaurants and stores.

Was absolutely horrible confirmed three times that everything was OK. Then when my staff showed up, everything was not OK they tried to take another deposit from them kept them up for an hour at 2 o’clock in the morning was a horrible, horrible experience. I would never recommend.

The property is good & cleaned. I like how they how dish ware & laundry machine to wash your dirty clothes. What I didn’t like was the underground parking. It terrible. Got lost finding where the gate is and the guest parking is really tight. There is no way I can park beside a big truck & get my car dinked. Parking is very limited & super tight if you have a big vehicle. Parking definitely needs to be improved but at least they offer free EV charging for 5hr Max.

Just a last minute getaway for a birthday weekend Very happy with location and conditions of our space.

This property is perfect for staying right in the village in Whistler. You’re close to all restaurant, shops and entertainment. The unit needs work. There are 2 missing smoke detectors, the pantry looks like it had a leak and was fixed but needs to be finished as there were cans of paint and a hole still exposed. The shower drained super slow it seemed to be plugged. And it could have been cleaned better. One of our guests has allergies to cats/dogs and she had a reaction due to hair all over the couch and chairs.
