It’s definitely the worst place on earth I have visited. All the good reviews? Really? Btw vending machine there doesn’t work so I ended up paying 4€ for a tiny bottle of water. I do not recommend this place.

Bonjour, Malheureusement pas de bouteille d’eau d’accueil dans la chambre. Je décide donc de descendre prendre un café à la machine qui me débite 2,30€ mais ne me sert pas de café. Sofiane me propose gentiment un café au bar. Salle de bain : saleté en bas de la vitre de douche et le distributeur de savon très sal dans la douche si vous le retirer de son socle. Justine très sympathique au petit déjeuner . 130€ + 9€ de parking , trop pour la prestation standard

The property was well kept, friendly, bright and clean.the housekeeping staff are thoughtful, kind and professional. staff were welcoming and reception speak a number of languages. Do keep in mind the lovely ladies at breakfast don’t speak English (not a problem at all it’s their country after all, but something to be aware of, an opportunity to brush up on your French! The breakfast selection is wonderful and fresh, and there can be a takeaway bag, fork and cup with a lid if you are in a rush or want to eat on the go. the surroundings are a little far from the centre and train station (Lille-Europe & lille-flandres) which is something to be aware of, though there is a metro nearby, and there is another shopping centre not far from the property about a 7 minute walk, and there is a lovely dining restaurant (flunch) inside, which we went to everyday for dinner. there is also an Auchan downstairs in the shopping centre to get supplies from. As well as a pharmacy and other clothes/retail shops. It’s generally quiet and a good experience. Always a pleasure to visit France. Also the Lille Europe station is linked to a shopping centre which has a carrefour in it, about a 10-15 minute walk away so it’s perfect for getting last minute perishables and snacks to bring back with you on the Eurostar in a cool bag.

The rooms have to be renovated. I did not feel comfortable.The room had a bad smell. Especially the bathroom was old. Everywhere were stains. While showering the floor got wet. No socket in the bathroom.

The staff was very kind and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you’re doing something at the Pierre-Mauroy stadium

Excellent location for a football match goer and only 10 min walk from metro. Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English.

A very average hotel for the price. Almost like a hotel version of a hostel. That said the place is clean and it is very close to the stadium.

This hotel is fine on the inside but has no parking outside except a pay lot. Visitors should learn in advance of this problem. Rooms are clean and fine.

The 24 hour reception service is really a plus. Professional and friendly. Enclosed parking under the building is convenient and secure. Also within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and Metro station. Great location!
