Check in closed very early, so had an issue with actually getting the car in the car park. No tea or coffee facility.

We enjoyed everything but the checkin process. After hours checkin was a nightmare because we were not given the needed information in advance so we were having to call hotels.com at 1 am to resolve the problem with tired people in the car who didn't feel safe because we couldn't bring the car into secure parking until we got the missing information

The room was a good size and our two children enjoyed having the mezzanine area. If you were looking for faults then I am sure people would find them as it could do with a refresh in areas however, we had a comfortable sleep and the hotel served our purpose for an overnight stop. We would have no issues using here again.

We arrived on our first night during a public holiday, and unfortunately no service was available at that time. The heating in our room could not be adjusted, and it was very cold overnight. On the second day, the reception staff responded and brought us two heaters, which helped resolve the issue. Overall, the stay was not too bad; however, the location is slightly far from Lille and Paris.

Arrivée tardive mais mail d explications clair et précis , facilité d obtenir la chambre avec parking sécurisé . Chambre propre literie agréable , équipement de la chambre rien à dire et personnel croisé le matin en partant et personne très très agréable et bienveillante

Le personnel était courtois et la chambre impeccable. Par contre, la VMC est bruyante.
