It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area.

Basic hotel but did what it said on the tin. A little out of town

I did not like the smell in the corridor. Lovely breakfast. Room lovely. Staff very welcoming.

The hotel is hard to find via both Apple Maps and Google Maps. They think it's on the highway behind the hotel. I arrived on Sunday and no staff there but the machine giving me the code to my room worked fine. It was just a bit different. Breakfast is good, a bit over crowded at times. For breakfast, they have the the best croissants I had in Paris. Also great choice of Yogurts (Malo). Scrambled eggs could be improved. Lots of parking in front of hotel.

Nice, clean overnight stay. Located in business oriented neighborhood but close to multiple restaurants.

Quiet place. The only things, the front desk opens few hours and still closed the most of the time. No coffee maker in the rooms. For handicapped persons this not a good hotel for you. There is no body lotion or shampoo in the rooms, etc. But, it’s a good place to rest and unstress yourself.

great hotel, great service. even midnight they wait for my arrival and gave me the room access details. kind staff. super tidy rooms. nice place near to motorway. easy access. looks 4 star hotel

We found the hotel excellent were given a disable room which was fantastic cannot fault it.

je n'ai pas apprécié que dans une chambre pour 2 personnes le bord du lit soit à moins de 30cm du mur avec la fenêtre. Obligation de se coucher en marchant à 4 pattes sur le lit.

Hôtel de passage tout informatisé quand cela fonctionne! Bref .. une nuit maximum

Hôtel B&B récent, propre, accueil agréable. Par contre, dans le noir, j’ai mis 25mn à trouver l’hôtel Si on met le nom de l’hôtel sur Waze, il nous envoie en centre ville et quand on met la rue, on arrive dans un lieu non éclairé, dans une zone industrielle et il faut avancer fort pour voir le premier panneau ! Il serait bien d’en ajouter un Merci

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle, ce qui n'est pas dérangeant du tout le week-end. J'ai du changer de chambre, et j'ai vraiment eu beaucoup de chance cette fois-ci , car une employée a été présente quelques instants. Pas de bouchon pour le lavabo et l'écoulement de la douche ne se faisait pas, ce qui a inondé la chambre. Nouvelle télécommande minimaliste pour la tv avec des touches effacées. L'enregistrement à l'accueil automatique était très capricieux , il a fallu recommencer maintes fois pour que l'appareil veuille bien valider. Bref ! Sinon, le couchage est bien et la chambre aménagée avec logique.
