飯店櫃台某些服務人員態度不佳，請他們取車（代客泊車）比約定時間晚了半小時，幾次詢問都只回覆on the way。 飯店自行扣取200歐元說地板有汚損，但未提供之前完整照片，而且如硬幣大小的汚損位於床下，根本不是我們會接觸的地方！ 櫃台說可以email跟經理申訴，但email申訴寄出了5天完全沒有回音，只好提醒大家要小心

這間酒店房間清潔舒適，而且感覺新淨。但是早餐就比較簡單，只得麵包、乳酪、雞蛋及水果。冷氣不能調教到的希望的溫度，溫度調節有限制，住的是套房，廳的溫度還可以，但房間有點熱。酒店大門是電門，需要了密碼開啟，但密碼竟然在大門旁邊，路人可看到，感覺奇怪。地點附近有景點有名店，頗為方便。

Location is perfect - close to metro and spanish step. Walkable distance to many of the attractions. Even we stayed on the first floor, the room is quiet. Room is clean and neat, very spacious. Whole minibar is complimentary! I visited Rome as my birthday trip, didnt expect the hotel had prepared a bottle of red wine as a present for me. my husband had not informed the hotel in advance, i guessed they observed when having my passport copied. Thanks very much for the surprise and it was such a warm act. At last, just one thing i was a bit upset about was the breakfast tasted really not too good.

We started off our 2 weeks Italia journey in Rome and we stayed in Stendhal for 3 nights (8-12 Dec 2017). The hotel is well situated in Rome, walkable distance to all major attractions and transport hubs. The room is spacious and elegant decorated. Most impressive with the breakfast and staff in the breakfast room on the 3/F, Calogero. My wife and I are very picky on food and the service from hotel staff. Had the freshest prosciutto (ham) amongst our hotels of equivalent or higher standard of hotels in Florence, Venice and Milan. We were very very well served by Cologero. He was so polite, friendly and attentive. He was one of the highlights in our Italia trip! Thank you so much Calogero!!

一般歐洲尤其城中內飯店都偏舊 .這間有新的現代化裝潢 . 真是清新 . 他們有兩間 . 這邊是新的不要弄錯了喔 . 早餐一般般 .沒有什麼選擇 . 早餐區域也小 . 人多的話要早點安排 . 我們住了比較好的套房房型還送我們紅酒喝 . 迷你吧也免費 . 有誠意 . 我們那間的淋浴間是長形的有點窄窄的不大好大動作洗澡 . 附近逛街也還算方便沒有多走多遠 . 這邊新的樓下都沒有人員.所以都要去前面找 . 但也算近 一個轉角而已 .可以幫忙找付費停車場.也算有心了

洒店虽小但重新翻修过所以室内设计精巧干净整洁。外加近西班牙台阶等旅游景点以及火车和地铁站，是个不错的选择。

Beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms. The breakfast on the 5th floor terrace was a wonderful way to start the day. Location central to all of the famous tourist sites. We would highly recommend!

All good except some improvements needed on the egg in breakfast, eggs are overlook and stale. Others are very good and generous in portion.

Fantastic hotel, stayed in room 309 luxury suite .. beyond expectation .. large bedroom, super large bed, lounge area large and very large bathroom with double shower … cleanliness perfect but best bit was location …5 min walk to Trevi fountain, 2min to bus stop, we walked everywhere from here and saw so much en-route. Will definitely recommend and be back on our next visit to this amazing City

ご飯は美味しく、スタッフの方もみなさん優しかったです。 お部屋も綺麗でした。 とにかく立地が最高でした。

The service here is great. Rooms are nice. The included breakfast is delicious.

We only stayed one night but the hotel was small but clean and comfortable. The main issue was that the room was smelly, like sewage. We tried to air it out but it seemed to be coming from the air ducts themselves. It was too late in the evening to switch as we had to get up early the next day to go to the airport. In retrospect we should have asked to change as it interfered with our sleep. We liked the room, hotel and location but they really need to address the smell and not give this particular room (107) until this is fixed.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre nella camera che è risultata molto spaziosa. Buona la pulizia e l'offerta del mini bar. Il bagno anche molto confortevole. La wifi, pur essendoci stato fornito il codice, non si è riuscita ad attivarla.

Nice Hotel, Big room, very safe, great Location and good breakfast. The AC works well but a little bit noisy.

Stayed with our family of four and the building was well maintain and the size and quality of our suite exceeded expectation's, great location as well. Very comfortable for our family and having two bathrooms was definitely a plus. The suite was “around the corner from the main check in area” as other reviews mentioned but that didn’t bother us at all. Would stay again!
