I had a fabulous stay at Dar 73 and cannot find fault with anything! The Riad is spotless and comfortable and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooftop area is very pleasant and I’m so disappointed that I didn’t find time to chill out up there.. I was too busy walking around everywhere. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dar 73 whatsoever. The location is excellent - very close to the main square but quiet and tranquil. Many thanks to you all :)

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Le Riad est magnifique, très bien entretenu à moins de 10 mn à pied de la place Jeema El fna. La terrasse en rooftop est très agréable pour se rafraîchir ! Les gérants sont à l’écoute et disponible ! J’ai pu réserver un massage à la dernière minute qui était formidable. Je recommande vivement

Magnifique riad, propre et élégamment décoré et surtout très calme. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est bon, le jus est fraîchement pressé et les spécialités locales sont toujours bien appréciées. Enfin, j'avais peur d'être loin de la place jemaa el fnac, et bien non, 10 à 15min à pied. Réservez les yeux fermés...

Amazing stay, prime location and very quiet! The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. Our rooms were cleaned and maintained daily. The masseuse was wonderful and food was great. The service was exceptional overall. Thank you for enhancing our experience in Marrakech.

Belle chambre, personnel très accueillant et sympa, lieu très agréable et bien situé.

The staff was very gentle and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. The room is beautiful and also very clean. Little remark is that we sometimes heard the movements of the staff or other guests during the night and the shower sporadically went cold. For the rest, it was a great room! The breakfast was very fresh and delicious!

The hotel had no faults, the staff were friendly and had an overall great stay. The breakfast was amazing that came included in the room and it changed slightly each day. The staff go into your room each day and make sure you have new towels if used, they have a roof terrace and this is so peaceful. The staff bring drinks to you that you request and they want to help you at any time. You do not get a key for the main hotel door, there is a bell on the outside and there are staff 24/7 to open the door. You get a key for your room. You do need to let them know what time you are arriving and the hotel is towards the top of the street with a copper sign above the door opposite the synagogue. Definitely would return in the future. One useful tip-make sure you use yellow taxis traveling in marrakech. We got into a car but this was not a taxi and he dropped us off in the middle of no where, we had to find a hotel with wifi and walk to the hotel.

A wonderful Riad right in the centre of Marrakesh, only a 15 minute walk from the main square. The staff are extremely friendly and will always go the extra mile for you - The breakfast changes slightly everyday which is a nice touch and a good way to start the day. You’d be silly not to stay here! Oh, it also has a lovely roof terrace and pool!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were simple but totally adequate. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Our favorite place was the roof terrace. The only negative observation was that the riad courtyard/dining area was not smoke free so cigarette smoke permeated the whole area and stairwells. Highly recommend this place for other visitors to Marrakech
