Stayed at Sheraton Hyderabad for a few nights and had a comfortable experience. Check-in was smooth, and Shruti at the front desk was especially helpful, checking in to see if I needed anything during the stay. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast had a good variety, and the location is convenient for Gachibowli and HITEC City. Would stay again.

Staff and service was excellent, great breakfast and dining options. Only complaint was elevator issues affecting the Apartment suites on floor 14.

Toilet jet spray was defective. Towels should be placed in the room with sufficient quantity. Laundry should be included more to the booking to give the higher level of ease. Packaged light snacks should be made available in the room.
