Near downtown, very convenient

收保證金是我們沒有預期支付的款項澳幣200元（雖然退房時房間保持乾淨會退回）。 公寓住宿房間內電器設備都有，但常找不到開關。美中不足的是有部份設備壞掉，但沒有維修，後面使用者會無法使用。

Good value of money but a bit noisy stay over the weekend

酒店很新淨和現代化，很有空間感，廚房設備充足，不夠 Wifi 較慢

Receptionist Gail 服務非常好，耐心又仔細，覺得有了她的問候，多了家的感覺

Spacious apartment, modern, close to CBD and amenities. Staff were friendly, Manager was helpful when we brought up a small issue and sorted it out promptly. Free entry to Lina Rooftop a bonus not to miss! Bar across the road makes means there is quite a bit of noise on weekends. Cafe Andonis across the road has great coffee, food and friendly staff too.

Great location and the size/amenities perfect for our stay. However don’t stay here if you want to get some sleep. The design of the building means noise echoes through the entire complex, including the slamming of the self closing doors. Every time someone arrived home we were woken up, even if they weren’t on our floor. Had to call the after hours manager twice on the Saturday night to deal with rowdy guests that made noise until 4am. Will not stay again.

Convenient to all modes of public transport to the city. Good ventilation with access to fresh outside air from balcony. The common area immediately outside the room is open to outdoor air too. Apartment is cooled by a split system AC limited to your own apartment. Shared areas are lobby and lift. Reasonably clean. Staff were responsive and friendly.

Very close to everything and a great place to stay.

Nice enough room but not quite like the photos for the little extra touches (eg missing a rug that would've been really nice as the whole lounge was just cold tiles). Appliances were all quite old and loud, the water in the shower went cold on multiple occasions and my card was charged 2 days before we showed up without notice (for a 5 night stay so a lot of money), even though when we booked it said we would pay the day we were arriving. However, great location, friendly staff at check in and a spacious room.

Lovely modern clean rooms with all amenities

Our stay was excellent. Staff at check-in were helpful and friendly, the price was right for the area and amenities, and most importantly, internet was great and cleanliness was excellent. Thanks for having us again.

Great value for money , conveniently located to lots of restaurants , Fortitude Valley and not far from Brisbane CBD. The apartment was well appointed with good facilities, large open plan , Very clean and great parking !!
