I stayed at this beautiful , small and boutique like hotel with my granddaughter and my daughter. I could not have been more pleased with the hotel, and with Thanos the owner. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the room was perfect for us. The view from this hotel is most enjoyable. All of our questions were answered efficiently, and with humor. Every single recommendation that Thanos made was exactly what he said it would be, and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip from the standpoint of not having to just make our way around blindly. He was very helpful in helping us navigate.this perfect little island . I would gladly return in a single beat of my heart. Value for cost ratio is very good with this hotel. If you are looking for a great spot, your search is over. This is it.

Wonderful experience

This is quite simply a fantastic hotel in a beautiful place. Beautiful room with an amazing view of Platys Gialos, which is one of the nicest beaches I have ever been to. Sifnos is an island where you eat incredibly well, and there are numerous excellent restaurants on the beach a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast at the Niriedes is incredible- including an array of fresh baked goods from the owner’s father in law’s bakery in nearby Apollonia. Thanos, the owner, was always friendly, and efficient, and takes care of anything you need, from the great breakfast, evening drinks, taxi booking and restaurant advice. The only note of caution for those considering a stay at Niriedes is that, to get the great view, you need to climb stairs up from the beach, and to your room, which could be an issue if you have any mobility issues.

Room was great.. especially the AC. Hosts we fantastic in terms of restaurant and beach recommendations as well as setting up reservations for us, such as car rentals and boat rentals. Maid service was on point. Recommend highly

If you could give an eleven I would. The place was more than wonderful, Our host was excellent, the breakfast was so good, every thing you could ask for and more. The pool was open, the grounds excellent. Such a place you only find in a blue moon. Not located near the ferry terminal we had hired a car ( at the hotel's suggestion ( they arranged the booking) and had the fun of remembering how to drive a manual car. The room wwe were in was like a decorators showroom, stylish but comfortable. The water pressure was so good a shower was a pleasure as was just being in the bathroom. WE had a patio that looked over the water, boats to the left and restaurants to the right. Would we go back- in a shot

The Niriedes Hotel was the PERFECT accommodations for our trip to the small island. It's situated on a cliffside overlooking Platis Yielos shops, food, & beaches. You cannot beat the view. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and service was beyond exceptional. My main compliment to pay to this place is about the superior service we received. Being our first time in Greece, we were nervous about the area, Thanos, who runs this hotel, was beyond generous in showing us how to get to the beach, which shops to go to, where to eat, calling us transportation, and serving us a personalized breakfast FEAST. Every morning when we went to breakfast, our rooms were cleaned spotlessly. We did not want to leave this charming hotel to move on to our next destination. We will be visiting again to this property. Would recommend to first time travelers.

The hotel is in a great location with great views, the hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was great.

We had a great experience! Staff is friendly and helpful, location and view are great and the rooms are clean, spacious and probably recently renovated. I would definitely visit it again.

Fantastic accommodation. Breakfast is a high quality feast. Rooms are spacious, quirky and immaculate. The beach is 3 minutes walk and is one of the best on the Island with numerous places to eat (some of which are very good). It is the service and general friendliness of Thanos and his wife though that really make this hotel stand out. We hopefully will return to this amazing place in the future.

Beautiful hotel on a gorgeous island. The village where it is located is a great little strip but a little out of the way. However, excellent restaurants on the beach, esp Omega 3 fish restaurant. The Nieredes is a wonderful hotel with an excellent view out over the beach, wonderful breakfast and attentive innkeeper/owner and staff. Only downside is there's a few mosquitoes around if you keep the windows open but the beds have netting and he'll put in a mosquito repellent plug in if you ask. I would absolutely recommend renting a car on arrival in the port - it's the easiest/best way to get around the island if you are staying at Nieredes, which is about a 15 min drive from the port. Also highly recommend Anna with Sifnos Walking Tours.
