酒店员工非常乐于助人。我不小心把手机充电器落在了酒店。退房后我打电话给酒店，请他们帮忙保管。不到10分钟，工作人员就回复我确认充电器还在。请继续保持优质的服务。

MITC区域内餐饮选择众多，交通便利，入住和退房都很顺利。一切都非常令人满意。祝贺酒店员工！

Good budget and comfortable hotel to stay.

Upon checking in, there was long hair all over the floor of the room and even when the room was tidied up the next day they never bothered cleaning the hair that was on the floor. Visible dust on the bed side table, pantry and working desk. Poor lighting with an exposed wall light without cover. The bathroom heater holder was broken and the bathroom door from the inside was full of stain signs of mould growth.

A nice clean hotel. Easy and nearby exit Ayer Keroh to plus highway.

No iron in the room and the room smelly maybe because of the bedsheet.

The staff were very friendly but the toilet is dirty.

The cleanliness is not at satisfactory, toilet was really dirty and mouldy. Lots of dust underneath the bed. No towels provided, have to go down to lobby to request for it. Limited choices of menu during breakfast, but the taste was OK.

Staff very cooperating. Clean room with good view. Hotel location easy to access. Area quite situated beside fire station and governtment building.
