飯店內設施齊全，房間稍微舊了一點，但房間窗景非常好！用餐空間寬敞且餐點美味！

The view and the meals of this hotel are great.

服務品質很好，人員親切有耐心，餐點還不錯，可惜是飯店有點老舊，隔音不太好。

Good

The hotel is located in the famous Ginzan Hot Spring area. Although it’s not on the main street but about 10-min walking distance away, we can see the great view and even the water fall right from our room. The hotel is in traditional Japanese style: not trendy but very cozzy. We chooses the plan with breakfast and dinner and pretty enjoyed the fine foods provided. Overall speaking, we like our stay and would like to recommend this hotel to who plan to have a trip there.

Excellent hotel with many different bath choices. As for the service, it is really excellent. The hotel staffs are doing their best to service client. The dinner and the breakfast are delicious and copious. The only thing need to know is that this hotel is a little bit far from Morioka train station, and their is only one or two buses per hour. If you miss the bus, taxi costs about 4000 - 5000 yen from train station to the hotel

盛岡駅有專巴，而且旅遊巴，十分方便。

Booked it as a place to relax and enjoy. It was a 20 min drive from the morioka station. The place was next to a river and was nice and peaceful. The hotel had 2 onsens - one on the 2nd (larger) and the 3rd. Visited the smaller one on the 3rd which also has an outdoor option, which was nice and peaceful at night. The family room on the top floor had marvellous views of the river and mountains. Rooms were clean and spacious. Futons were prepared when you go for dinner. Kaisekei dinner was excellent as well with different menus every day for our 4 day stay. Breakfast was the same everyday, but the variety was large enough. There were special activities at the hotel every night for about 2 months which were quite memorable. It the special mention must be for the staff. They are really affable and helpful and remember all the small details, like when you have food preferences (wife could not eat raw food), when your last day - and these were servers at the meal times.. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend for a place to just relax and chill

お風呂（南部曲り家の湯）は最高！

温泉♨️は勿論の事。浴室の開放感とサウナと露天風呂。 食事は品数豊富で久しぶりに美味しくて柔らかいステーキを食べました。

スタッフの声掛けが温かくくつろげました。

One of the baths was shut down unexpectedly for repairs. They drove us to a connected hotel so we could use that facility.

The staff were incredibly accommodating (to be fair everyone in Morioka was exceptionally hospitable). The hotel was awesome, onsen was amazing and the food absolutely delicious (both dinner and breakfast).

Rooms were very clean and roomy and the staff services were very attentive. Breakfast was a generous buffet with lots of options.

Everything was excellent!

I asked to be moved to a higher floor as we could not see the lake from our room and they moved us to the top floor with excellent lake view. And we love the baths.
