The wifi was very unstable and there was no toilet paper. I had to change hotels as I couldn't work with the lousy wifi. I have to conduct virtual trainings.

Phone rang 3 times in the middle of the night between 2:35-3:39AM. Level 3 light bulb was off near the staircase that make it unsafe for Residence and there were 3 times people was reset the DB causing the electrical disruption in the rooms. Can't sleep well the night.

It was ok. Helpful staff but slow.

Too bad it doesn’t have any lift. Luckily the reception lady managed to get a room at the ground floor for my aunt who has difficulty in climbing up the stairs. Rooms are too small to even put big luggage.

I have a group of elderly staying in Sovotel during this period, one of them has difficulty to climb up the stairs, the staff kind enough to change the room which was initially located at 3rd floor to ground floor. Really appreciate that!

Room space too small. No lift. No refrigerator in the room. Front office staff wasn’t that friendly when we were calling upon to double confirm our booking thru online.

The Gintell foot massage is really a bonus point for this hotel. After a long walk around KL city the machine lets you having a nice deep sleep.

Staff are not greeting and smile, and the way staff talk is impolite, room ceiling is dripping, sound from toilet piping is making noise, make us can't have a good sleep and no hair dryer and fridge, room very small and dusty, but is convenient location
