我是印度尼西亚人，这家酒店距离印度尼西亚大使馆仅几步之遥。安全且干净的基本酒店。有 24 小时的 sevel。到麦当劳只需 2 分钟。

非常好的、干净的、基本的酒店。步行即可到达岷伦洛 (Binondo)。很容易找到食物。如果您去马尼拉城内 (Intramuros)，您可以乘坐吉普尼。

I was confused about the policy regarding on keeping some things on the reception as you can see on the record I've been your customer since January and for some time it 's a hobby of mine to keep my things after check out with no charge but today the receptionist said that I can keep until 2 pm only then I need to pay 100 per bag after 2 pm.

The staff are courteous and kind. Helped bBrought our things to our room. The Location is great because it 's near to some food shops, some Major offices in the area and easy access to transportation to visit malls.

Last nite am check in wait so long.

Perfect! The location is great, near 7-Eleven and many restaurants. As for the room, even though it ' s small, but it is suprisingly comfortable: clean bed, clean bathroom.

The room is good, clean, and the workers are so kind.

But I suggest there should be hot thermos bottle or water pot heater in the room and an intercom in every room because it is very inconveniet to go out of the room and go to the elevator where there's a call phone especially if your room is quite far. Guests have to go down to 2nd floor to get hot or cold water because there 's no free mineral water in the room.

The place is nice and clean. Overall 8 to 10.

Hotel has nice location especially for us test takers. Very near to our testing center which is the Trident Tower. It was a nice stay especially that I passed my exam. Will surely check in again in this hotel if I have transactions needed in Makati Area. Thank You.

Stayed at this location for about 3 weeks. Positives:- Responsive customer service on most occasions. Negatives:- Walls are paper thin.- A few tiny roaches in the room just about everyday.- Cleaning staff talking too loud in halls at early and late hours, although they perform their job well.- Bad wifi. Location: Not bad if you want to stay in Makati on a budget. Be aware that there are beggars near the entrance of the hotel and the adjacent 7-Eleven on a somewhat regular basis during the evening.

The hotel is okay for the price. Its also disinfected well too well that is! When I went in my room in smelled like zonrox. Its good that they disinfected it but they should let it air put before giving the room to the guests. Their towes also had a strong smell of disinfectant.
